The space
1014 Empire Ave has been fully remodeled with completion fall of 2023. It is perfect for families or friends. There are two units. This is the listing for unit 2. Unit 2 is on two floors with the living and kitchen area being on the entry level. This unit has 1 primary bedroom with a King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 is a Queen Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the outside hot tub.. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two twin beds with a shared bath. Unit 1 is also available for rent.

Guest access
The garage space is a shared space for both units for the renter's skis, and boots. Take advantage of the ski racks and boot and glove warmers when you come in from a long day of skiing. There are three shared outside parking spaces. No street parking during the winter ski season.

Rockgarden Groupies
A few friends and I were in town to catch our friend who plays for the band Rockgarden. The place was wonderful. Very clean llace and the bedrooms were perfect. The contacts were great to work with ans responsive and very accommodating. Thx so much!
