No toilet
The property is very small with no room for luggage or drawers of any kind. Stove light was burned out. The lighting in the living room area is provided by a string of overhead, individual, led light fixtures which produce a harsh glare. The worst part of the stay was the toilet was plugged when we got there. Neither maintenance nor Roto Rooter could unplug it. We were forced to move to a different unit 7 miles away. Management did not communicate very well with us on the resolution of our problem ultimately requiring us to pack up and move at 8:00 pm to the other unit. I would like a refund on this booking.

Worst Getaway Experience To Date...
We arrived to a home with no parking pass, dirty dishes in the drawers, counters not wiped, stains on furniture and blankets, nasty rugs, shower door that didn't contain water in the shower, ac unit that was not vented to the outside so just blew hot air around the unit, hot tub closed for the first half of our stay (once fixed water was so cloudy and not fresh looking we never got in), we contacted Vacasa over a dozen times during our stay being promised each time we called that someone would be addressing it and our issues were never addressed. We left our unit 24 hours early than checkout because the conditions were so horrible. It was a huge waste of our time, money and energy and we have yet to hear back to our multiple requests for a refund for our room which is now the least of our expenses surrounding this trip at this point.

Park city ski
The condo is close to the Park City lifts. It is walking distance. We chose to leave our skis at a ski valet near the lifts and changed out of our ski boots each day to make the short walk more enjoyable. We chose to take Uber into town and walked home (downhill). It’s an easy walk to the grocery store. The kitchen is marginally stocked with pots and pans as most rentals. The place only has one closet to put clothes in and no dressers so you pretty much need to live out of your suitcase.

Find something else
We arrived in the evening, and there was not a parking pass in the room. After multiple text back and forth I was told to just write a temp pass and put it in the car. Which was fine. The next mortwhen we woke there were mouse droppings throughout the kitchen, there were cobwebs in the bedroom. The light in the bathroom was not working and the fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling, I texted the number from the check in process and the entire day went by without the issues being addressed. That evening when we returned from dinner the room smelled clean, mouse traps had been put down (with a Reese Cup) and the cobwebs were gone. A young lady came to the room and seemed annoyed that she had to come back and clean. NOT MY PROBLEM. I would never stay there again!

great condo in perfect location.
We stayed from Jan 11-15 and we really enjoyed the property. The location is perfect a 5 min walk in ski boots to the lifts or go across the street and take the free bus 2 shorts stops to the main lodge. We Could also easily walk to food store,7-11 and Walgreens. Condo is well equipped and the washer dryer was a big plus for our wet gear. We also enjoyed access to the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Contact with property manager was great when we had a small issue with coffee machine which was handled promptly. My wife and I will sure stay here again.

Weekend away with the gals
My daughters and I looked forward to a few days away from the hustle of daily life before going back to school and the routine of life. We walked into this condo fully anticipating a nice weekend. While the appearance of the condo is beautiful I.e newly remodeled with IKEA kitchen, bath etc, the unit had a terrible odor of filth. The vinyl flooring was sticky, there was food left on dishes in the cupboards and worst of all the pull out couch was gross! I don’t think anyone had opened the couch to sleep on for a long long time! There was no parking pass in the unit which was advertised. I’m not a complaining person by nature and most of the time like to give the benefit of the doubt to the other side. However, I contacted Vacasa to let them know of the issues, especially the parking pass. I didn’t hear back. I called and also texted the next day which was Sunday and was told that someone would drop the pass off that next morning (the day we were checking out!). VERY poor management. I think if they can get a better cleaning crew to really deep clean this condo and make sure there is a parking pass plus: replace the master bed mattress (super hard), I would rate it higher but at this point I wouldn’t return to this specific unit.

Great stay in Park City
Great location and property. Just outside the main PCMR, so it is very convenient getting to the main lift. It’s a bit of an uphill climb if walking, but there is a bus stop right out front. I stayed in most nights and cooked, so the kitchen had all the needed things to make meals without any issues. A very comfortable stay. Thanks Michael!

Perfect Location! Beautiful Condo! Exceptional Host!
Five minutes from the time I left the door until the time I was in line, getting on the lift, couldn’t have asked for a better location! The unit itself was very clean, modern, and perfect for two people! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and meeting other people for an apres soak. The host, Michael, was also exceptional and beyond accommodating when it came to check in and check out times, as we were boarding a full day and needed somewhere to stash our bags. Would give it more stars if I could, and will definitely be back! Park City itself is a wonderful mountain resort, with massive amounts of to terrain and lots of fluffy pow! Downtown Park city is a short walk from the condo,.

SnowCrest 113 is an awesome property...5 minute walk to Park City Mountain, grocery store, starbucks, etc. 1 minute walk to the bus line. Extra Long Weekend Skiing
I came out to Park City with my teenage son to ski. The place was great for us. You can catch a bus across the street that takes you right to the base of the ski mountain. After skiing, it is a short walk back to the place. The kitchen was just right to make breakfast and a few simple meals. The hot tub was very nice.

Absolutely amazing
Let’s just say this was by my far my most enjoyable stay at an airbnb/VRBO ever. The host Michael was great. The place itself is adorable and .7 miles from the mountain and Main Street. Even has a heated hot tub and pool! Everything was very well kept. If I could live in this beautiful condo in NY, I would!! Amazing experience. Thank you Michael.

Comfortable and convenient condo!
We were using the condo for a business trip to Sundance. The location was perfect for the festival, with everything easy walking distance away, including the main supermarket. If you're coming for skiing, the slopes are also on your doorstep. The condo was very comfortable, with everything you'd need on hand. The nice pool and hot tub right outside the front door were also great to have access to.

This Unit COOKS! And Cleans!
I stay at VRBOs so I can cook and clean to my heart's content. Okay, not quite, but I do like to do a mean load of laundry after a ten-mile hike, and who's got the time or money to eat breakfast out every day? That's why the VRBO concept can't be beat. But sadly, not all VRBOs are equal. There was the one time I had to cut a steak with a paring knife and there have been a few occasions where the combo washer/dryer seemed more like a futuristic idea than an actual modern-day working device. I'm here to tell you this: Snowcrest 113 has it all and it all works! It's set up with all the amenities and is perfectly situated in Park City. Here's the down-low on what you need to know. Location. The unit is located across the street from PCMR, and within walking to sports shops and several restaurants. Catching the free PC village bus was a breeze. There are two stops within a block of the condo. The condo unit. The unit is small but incredibly efficient. Plenty of hooks line the entry hall, which gave us a place to hang our towels and bags. A rubber boot mat was thoughtfully placed near the door, reminding us to remove our dirty shoes. The bathroom is beautiful, with modern decor and plenty of hotel toiletries, including the often unrecognized, but always appreciated cotton balls and q-tips. The kitchen is a cook's dream. There wasn't just one cutting board, but three. There wasn't just one measuring glass, but three. There wasn't just one steak knife, but, you get the drift. And the knives made me realize that my knives suck and I need to purchase some new ones. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that no detail or expense was spared in furnishing this condominium. The bedding, the linens, and the silverware are all top quality. One day my family decided to picnic at one of the local parks, and we were delighted to realize that 113 even has a lightweight, waterproof blanket for guests to use. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the washer and dryer, laundry nut I am. The stackables were some fancy dancy Miehle front loaders. Initially, I gave them a look of quiet skepticism. Was this stuff up for the task? The washer quietly did its thing, and my shirts smelled clean. But how would the dryer perform? Would, after four cycles, my shirt emerge damp as it had done in the Paris VRBO? Nope. It was dry in one cycle. When everything else in the unit was in tip-top shape, I should have never had a doubt. Bravo to Mike on a unit well done!
