SNOW FLOWER #117 Our Newly remodeled Beautiful Ski in Ski Out Mountain Retreat!

Our Ski in Ski Out Condo has 2/Bedrooms (A Comfy king and 2 Twins that can be converted into a King) plus a sofa with a full sized bed in living room. 2/Full Baths, with walk in Showers, Heated Floors, and large vanities with drawers for all your things. This condo has a very sleek, relaxed and comfortable modern vibe, which we think you'll love.

New Large Smart TV’s in all rooms, Cozy stone fireplace, and living area, with a fully equipped kitchen and high end appliances. Heated Floors throughout. Boot Heaters, Large balcony with table and chairs, and gorgeous views of Aspen trees and ski hill.

LOCATION:
30 Steps to the Ski hill, right at the FIrst TIme and Eagle Chair Lifts. Lift TIcket Counters are right there, grab your tickets and go. 2 minute walk to our Hot Pools, Hot Tub and Fitness Center, and Tennis courts.
We are a 5 minute drive to Old Town Main St. or jump on our free bus that’s just a short walk out of our Condo. Snow Flower is a beautiful property surrounded by huge Aspen trees and open space.

Bedrooms:
The Master with a comfortable King Size Bed, with Beautiful Views, a Flat Screen Smart TV, large dresser and closet, plenty of space. The master en-suite has a large walk-in shower, Heated Floors & large vanity area, fluffy towels and robes, hair dryer, nice shampoo and conditioner, soaps and lotions, so you don’t have to pack it all.
Both bedrooms have nice black out shades & heated floors in Baths.
Our 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twins that can be converted into a King Size Bed, (With 72 hour notice) A Nice flat screen smart TV, large closet area and dresser, along with a nice size en-suite bath with walk-in shower & vanity, and Heated Floors.

Living area:
Enjoy our Cozy Stone Fireplace, in living area with large Flat Screen Smart TV, New Smart 65” Flatscreen with Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu etc. built in, also a DVD player & DVD’s for you and the kids to enjoy. There is a beautifully decorated, open and spacious kitchen area with an island that seats 3.

Kitchen:
Enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with high end stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. lots of counter space, and a Nespresso Machine, Dinning area, and eat in bar area. Feel free to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. Lots of little extra's. Coffee and Teas, creamer and sugars, Spices, Olive oils, and what you need to get you going in the morning,

Snow Flower has a nice BBQ, Picnic area, ( during summer only) and walking area as well, with beautiful grounds. Complimentary Underground Parking, elevators, and coin laundry right down the hall. We supply you with laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. so you don't have to go out and buy them.

Restaurants are close by, Here are some at Park City Mtn Resort a short 10 minute walk,
Mexican, Baja Cantina, Legends Sports Bar and Grill, our famous Corner Store for Burgers, The Pig Pen, for yummy drinks and Grill food. For a little fancier dinner Ruth Chris Steak house is at the Park City Golf Course a 5 minute drive. There are lots of choices. Main St. also has lots of great choices to choose from, a 5 minute drive or take the free bus, so you don't have to worry about the parking.
We would be happy to help you with more recommendations. Inside our condo we have a nice binder with lots of information for dinning and activities around Park City and more!!
Summer Time Fun at the base, Zipline, Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Scenic Lift Rides, Hiking & Biking, lots of adventure out your door. Visit Historic Main St. with lots of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and art galleries.

Perfect Ski in Ski Out, 3-minute walk to First Time Chair Lift
We had an amazing stay. This is one of the nicest units at the Snowflower condos. It’s newly remodeled and fully stocked. Leslie and Mike have gone above and beyond to supply everything you need and more. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages they left for us and all the extra cooking supplies. We also loved all the nice toiletries, fluffy robes and towels, and the cozy fireplace, all were definitely an added bonus. Loved the hot tubs and beautiful surrounding area, it was a very nice treat! We highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Relaxing family vacation!
My husband, 10 month old baby, and I stayed here for our first family vacation out of state with our baby. I cannot say enough good things about Leslie and how welcoming and accommodating she was! She even put together a high chair that was ready for us when we got there, and promptly answered any questions we had. Besides having a great host, the condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed! We also enjoyed the pool, workout room, and watching wildlife from the porch. So happy with our decision to book this lovely condo!! Thank you Leslie!

Family Ski in/out
Exactly as advertised. Our family of three loved our stay with Mike and Leslie. The condo is in the perfect location, it’s comfortable and very well stocked. We cooked in almost every meal and were on the slopes within 5 minutes of closing the condo door. Mike and Leslie were available and easily accessible for any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

As travelers who are particular we found the condo not only extremely up to date but detailed. It’s very frustrating to have a kitchen that only has minimal necessities. This condo had everything you could ask for and more. It was fully stocked. It was also nice to have simple amenities such as coffee, salt and pepper, etc already there. The location was right next to the lifts. Super awesome. The locker was very easy and convenient. The binder explained many items and owners responded to text messages immediately. If I had to come up with an issue, the only thing would be the noise from the upstairs unit. That would not be anything the owners could control. We asked for extra towels and wash cloths and they were delivered the same day. Would 100% book again.

Perfect place for our family
The condo is exactly as depicted in the pictures, if fact probably better. Check in was a breeze with great communications with the owner. The interior was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Everything we needed or wanted was available. There is a very convenient corner "nook" that served us well changing in/out of our ski gear. The bathrooms have heated floors which all the ladies loved. The condo is located a very very short walk to Park City ski lifts. Downtown Park City is about a 15 minute walk or you can take the bus which stops minutes away. If you like what you see in the pictures, you will love this place. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely be back.

Everything you want.
This place went well beyond expectations. It's a perfect location with an incredible overall quality. Ski down to the First Time lift for a quick ride to the main lifts and, when you're done, ski to about 50 paces away from the condo. The property is very recently renovated and in immaculate shape. The owners live locally and were happy to help, though we needed nothing due to their excellent planning and attention to detail. Unlike many VRBOs the owners make sure this place is very liveable with details like spices, oils, cooking utensils, etc. Robes and beach towels were a welcome find. The downstairs locker room and easy parking added ease to our stay. We have stayed in a dozen places throughout DV and Park City, this was the best overall experience.

Beautiful Condo, great location
This unit was perfect for our family of four. Snow conditions in December could have been better, so we had low expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised we didn’t have much issue taking a short walk out of the building putting on skis and skating to the First Time lift. (we are from the east coast, so although others were bemoaning the fact that snowfall hasn’t matched last year, for us the conditions were nice). The unit is very clean and well appointed, with a ski locker conveniently located on the ground level.

Such an awesome place to stay for a ski trip. The location was perfect, just steps away from PCMR lift lines. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. This place is a great location and truly ski in and out. Nice locker storage for skis. Nice big shared hot tub. Unit seems to be recently renovated. It is nicely outfitted and has many of the little things you need to cook and maintain the unit available. It was a bit smaller then expected from the pictures but a good enough size for a family of four with two tall grown children. Communication from owner was outstanding.

The condo was fantastic - everything was new and clean. Great location right next to Park City Mountain and quick drive or bus to Main Street. Easy underground parking, and the owners were fantastic to work with and responded promptly to any questions. Highly recommended!

Great Ski-in/Ski-out in Updated Condo
Compared to many ski condo’s, this unit has been updated to be clean, contemporary and bright. Not all heavy/dark wood. Great kitchen that’s well equipped. Bathroom floors are heated. Everything in great order and thoughtfully done. We spent a long week and loved the facility and the very social hot tub. Convenient and excellent laundry room, very few steps to anywhere including the slopes/lifts. We would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the host who was very responsive and on top of everything. Top notch unit.

Great location, wonderful apartment
We absolutely loved the apartment! It’s very conveniently located right near the lifts (in one of the closest buildings of the complex to the lifts). The spa was great, and we met some awesome people there. It was very easy to get into town, with either our car or one of the frequent buses. Finally Leslie was an amazing host, checking in with me prior to arriving to make our stay very pleasant. She also helped me tremendously when I left an important item behind, and I’m very grateful to her for that. 10/10 would revisit- Park City was great! Thank you!

AMAZING
My family and I loved this rental. It was beautiful, very clean, location was amazing, the decor was first class. The host was so kind, friendly and helpful. She even had breakfast food for us and our children as she knew our flight wouldn’t arrive until 11pm. The view was amazing and the view from the master bedroom was incredible. We were able to see the lift and skiers. The ice skating rink was around the corner, market, shops, ski rental and bus stop. The bus takes you all around town. We didn’t rent a car. The location of this rental was EXCELLENT and I loved how it had a fireplace, heated floors and a balcony. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
