Luxury Townhouse Close to 3 world class ski resorts

A privately owned fully furnished two-story townhouse located in the Fox Point at Redstone within the Kimball Junction area of Park City only a 30 minute freeway drive from Salt Lake City airport. One of Park City's newest developments it is within an easy walk to restaurants, stores, movie theater and bowling alley. It is conveniently located only minutes from three world-class ski resorts, Historic Old Town Park City and championship golf courses. Adjacent to the 1055 acre Swaner nature Preserve, home to many species of wild life, you are just a few steps away from the miles of trails. Sitting across from Utah's Olympic Park you can see the ski jumps and the convenient access to the freeway allows for exploration of the Wasatch Mountains and all it has to offer.

This gorgeous townhome is a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 1300 square feet of living space and sleeps six. The townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and HD Smart TV. The dinning area provides seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. Dishes, flatware, glassware, and all cooking utensils are provided including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher for your convenience.

The living room with fireplace, HD Smart TV and half bathroom are on the first floor.

The master suite on the upper level has a king size bed, walk in closet, alarm clock, HD Smart TV and private bath with twin sinks, shower and separate large jetted tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the upper level.

It has an attached garage and the shared driveway area is heated. The laundry room complete with a washer and dryer.

Technology equipped with three HD Smart TV’s and a blu ray player, the unit is High-Speed WiFi enabled.

Getting around is convenient with the free Park City Transit Service. You can be dropped off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is located just a short walk at Redstone Marketplace.

Exactly as described. All the kitchen utencils you would need. Bed was confortable, easy to control temp in the unit. Big bonus is the driveway is heated so easy to back out of the garage in the morning after getting 8 inches of show!

This is our second time staying at this condo. The unit has everything a family needs and more. Unit allows a family to share meals yet spread out for individual space. All the appliances you might need are available. The unit is well furnished and stocked for paper items. Close to stores and restaurants, on the free bus routes to Park City and all ski resorts.

Perfect Park City Family Getaway

Great Clean Property
This condo was very clean. It was as described. Location was great. Everything in the condo worked. There was a delay in providing access to the property which was supposed to be two weeks before our arrival. When I hadn't heard anything until two days before our arrival, I wrote the owner who asked me to contact the property manager who I contacted by email; the property manager asked me which address and when I emailed him I didn't get a reply. Then I called him on the day of our arrival and got the garage code. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Jim’s rental. The condo is immaculate and very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Lots of towels and comfy bedding. This is a great pc rental, I will certainly stay here again.

Amazing property
Excellent communication from the beginning and were able to accommodate us in getting in a day earlier when our plans changed last minute. The town house is in a very convenient location with a lot of restaurants and retail nearby (Whole Foods!) but was still very quiet and on a beautiful street. The property was clean and was stocked with everything you would expect, in addition to convenient extras such as flavored syrups for coffee, cooking spices, tinfoil, extra batteries, etc . The unit is very pretty and we loved relaxing in front of the gas fireplace at night. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in park City!

The property is exactly as listed. This was our second stay here and was still impressed with the care and cleanliness. There are cooking and bakeware pieces supplied that were a bonus to have for a longer stay. This Fox Point location is well located, close to Swaner Preserve and great for walkability to restaurants and groceries.

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks. We got in a over a week of skiing and hiking and worked remotely for a few days. The house is very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The location was great - very convenient to shopping and dining in Kimball Junction, close to Park City and the ski areas, and close to hiking trails at lower (not snow covered) elevations. The neighborhood was very quiet, which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay!

A Nice Location
The unit is very well appointed. Plenty of paper supplies are provided. Beds are comfortable and unit is quiet. Kitchen is well stocked. Laundry room a huge plus during a ski trip. Shuttle bus to the Canyons is about .25 mile or a 5 minute walk. Many retail and restaurants very close by. We did have issues on our 8 day stay with the Direct TV not working. The manager did attempt to fix it, but it never worked consistently. The error message mentioned a bad hard drive. Normally television is not important, but during Covid we were watching television in the evening because we were not dining out or doing activities that were around others. There also was a lot of news happening that we would've liked to see. My other reason for not giving 5 stars is that we did not get unit access information until we were already in Salt Lake City. I rent from many people over many years and access info is provided well before arrival.
