Within this 2,200-square-foot residence, family and friends will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. The town house sleeps 8 in beds, 9 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs)

Kitchen: Your fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury residence. Parents will appreciate the plastic kids' dishware for worry-free meals. There is a grill available, as well.

Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed, a private deck and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: These guest bedrooms on the second floor have a queen-size bed and access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.
There is an additional guest half-bath on the main level for easy access from the kitchen and the living room.

The condo has air conditioning.

Parking: The town home includes a two-car parking garage, but no need to rent a car, the public free shuttle service is just steps away.

Location: The townhome is located on Park Avenue, three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort and six blocks from Main Street. Take the free shuttle or enjoy a leisurely walk. Adjacent to the City Park, this property has easy access to the walking/bike path alongside a babbling creek, a great way to walk to Main Street. In addition, there is a group pavilion, children's park, tennis and basketball court, skate park and playing fields nearby.
