The spacious main level is an open great room with tons of seating, cozy fireplace and wall mounted TV along with a wet bar with wine chiller. The open kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a large dining table that seats 8 and a massive kitchen island with comfortable seating for an additional 6. Just steps away through the large sliding doors, you can relax and unwind on the heated patio in the private hot tub or next to the outdoor fireplace. Also enjoy barbequing on the large gas grill on the patio.

When retiring for the night, you will find three comfortable bedrooms upstairs. The primary room offers a king bed, oversized soaking tub, rain shower and large closet. The other two ensuite bedrooms are appointed with queen beds. On this bedroom level you will find the laundry room and access to a quaint deck with 2 loungers.

Downstairs offers even more entertainment space in the game room with a pool table, kitchenette, arcade machine, TV and poker table. The bunk room is located next door and features two sets of twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway and a potential second depending on winter snow levels.
