Deer Valley at its finest! Located at 53 Potters Lane. Best to use mapquest to see how close we are to the ski lifts. This spacious 2,400 sq. foot Town-home features: 4 Bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and a 5th bathroom off the living room for guests to use. (3 Bedrooms upstairs are all ensuite- the bottom level is a world in it's own with a 4th bedroom (twin beds) and bathroom, a second living room with fireplace, two couches, one is a pull out) A double car attached garage (with ski racks for your gear) makes it easy from the car with groceries right into the kitchen! Also there's a BRAND NEW private hot tub on your own deck for your private après ski.

Great location!
Perfect place for our annual family ski vacation! The shuttle to the lift was convenient, yet we were also close enough to walk if we didn’t want to wait. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location to ski Deer Valley!
The property is ideally located a 5-10 min walk or short, free shuttle away from the Deer Valley base. The house was a great size for our group of 9 adults. The kitchen is well-appointed and a large hot tub is a big plus!

Really convenient spot
We all had the best time at this house. Within walking distance of Snowpark Lodge, but a extremely short drive. This house was a perfect place for a 5 person, guys ski trip!

Everything about this property was perfect! Great space for two families (8 people total). Well-appointed and stocked with everything you need. So close to the slopes at Deer Valley, plus a concierge shuttle — convenience factor is off the charts! Host is so helpful and communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our 2 families. It was on a fast shuttle line to get to Deervalley just a very short walk down the hill & doable in ski boots! The in-suite bathrooms were a must for each groups privacy & the kitchen and hot tub were perfect!

Wonderful townhome all around! Great amount of space, beautiful layout, everything we needed to cook & have fun. Loved the hot tub after the ski days. Especially loved the closeness to the Deer Valley resort. We used your suggested Deer Valley app for the shuttle and you are so close, we walked on a few of the days. Top notch VRBO rental!

Perfect
My husband, I and three friends stayed here for a long weekend of skiing and Sundance. The place was perfect for us. Everyone had their own full size bedroom and bathroom and no one felt like they’d gotten the short end of the stick. We especially appreciated the full kitchen (as we cooked most nights) and the fireplace that was ready and waiting for us.

perfect deer valley ski trip townhome
everything about the townhome was excellent. importantly, the location allows you to either walk to the Snow Park Lodge in less than 10 minutes or take the shuttle service which usually came within 5 minutes of our on the app request -- the ride was on a couple minutes and goes right to the main arrival area at Snow Park Lodge. This convenience made our skiing even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Great house, great location
Our family has been enjoying this property for the past 3 years and find it ideally suited for our needs. The rooms are very comfortably sized and well decorated, the common areas are cozy and the bonus basement with fireplace and extra bedroom is an ideal place to get away from the hubbub a large family can create. The kitchen is well equipped. The views are lovely, especially from the master bedroom & the hot tub and the house is walking distance to Deer Valley and on the main bus line. There is tons of storage and the double garage keeps our car snow free.

Great ski vacation!
My family of 6 had a great stay! Great location, just a very quick bus ride up to the slopes. The home was very clean, we all loved the hot tub, and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

Younger family members enjoyed skiing Deer Valley and Park City. Day trips to Sundance, SLC.
Had lots of fires in the evening and ate most of the meals in using the well-equipped kitchen. Mattresses great and plenty of room for all of us.

Everything you need for a perfect ski vacation
We stayed in the house for a week in January. The house was very comfortable for 4 couples. Each bedroom has it's own in-suite bathroom. Kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to cook or even bake. The fireplace is great and plentiful firewood is very dry, lights up easily, giving hours of pleasure, reading in front of the fire or playing games. The hot tub can fit 5 people and is a nice way to relax after skiing. The shuttle comes on demand to pick you up and drop you off at the Snow Park lifts. It takes 2 min to get there and the wait time for the shuttle was between 2-10 min. You can walk to the bus stop to go to Park City, if you so desire. We ordered all our food on instacart, so the only time we needed to go to town was to stock up on wine, We rented a large car for the week but we only used it a couple of times. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to meet our requests. Thank you James for letting us use your house!

Perfect Christmas Ski Getaway!
We came to Park City to take our family skiing for Christmas. Location wise, this cabin was across the street from the Deer Valley Ski Resort. You could literally walk! The cabin itself was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed,& the best part was the wood burning fireplace that we used nonstop. The owner kept plenty of firewood stacked in the garage, which we really appreciated. Check in was easy,& the owner was very quick to respond if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Out stay in Deer Valley was significantly enhanced by these perfect accomodations. Everything was A+. Stocked with everything you need for a wonderful ski vacation. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Close to everything. Perfect for a ski vacation. Hope we have a chance to return. We had a couple of questions during our trip and received prompt responses.

James went above and beyond when I had a major lapse in memory....I forgot some sentimental jewelry and didn't remember until I was 8 hours away. He went way out of his way to retrieve it and overnight it to me!! What a blessing and I can't praise him enough!! Additionally the condo was just as other reviewers have previously stated.....great location next to DV skiing, close to bus stop for trips in town, clean, well-equipped kitchen and fit our family perfectly.
