**CONDO OVERVIEW**
Beautifully renovated condo located steps away from the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort. Late 2019 interior update. Our unit is on the top floor of the property, you'll be welcomed by large vaulted ceilings, bright open spaces, and beautifully thought-out interior finishes. In the bedroom is a king bed with walk-in master en suite. In the front living room, we have additional sleeping for guests. Upon request, we can set up either a full sofa bed, a single-sized sofa bed, or both! Plus enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains!

**LOCATION**
This condo is in one of the best locations in town. Just across the parking lot to the base of the Park City Ski Resort, Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting goods stores, movie theaters, car rentals, and more!

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops outside of the condo if you want to take a trip to Main Street or Deer Valley Skiing. When you rent our condo you won't be needing a car, but if you do bring one we have underground parking for one car. Alternatively, throw the skis on the shoulder and it's just a short couple-minute walk over the road to the ski resort.

**AMENITIES**
The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax in the front room and be fully connected to WiFi and TV's in the front room and bedroom.

Amazing condo and location!
Spent 4 days here with my daughters (7 and 12) and it was perfect. The size was just right, the location is right across the street from the Park City Mountain Village/Resort, maybe a 7 min walk from the door to the slopes. Amenities were great including heated floors, full kitchen/supplies, and steam shower in master, the only thing I will say is the water temp in the master shower has a HAIR trigger so be very careful. Overall, it was an amazing place and we will definitely be back.

This is a fun unit with a great location...no more than an eight minute walk to the Payday Express lift. Nice kitchen, steam shower, and underground parking. I'd stay there again.

Fantastic Location & Awesome Place to Stay
We had an amazing stay. Very attentive host through text. Very nice finishes throughout. Nice modern feel with the very cool ceiling contours and architecture. Extremely quiet with great underground private parking. Bus nearby or short walk downtown.

perfect stay
Wonderful stay. Everything is walkable. Proximity to slopes was awesome, right across the street from lifts! 15 min walk to downtown. 10 min walk to groceries. Apartment is as pictured-beautiful and clean. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the heated floors. Loved the drying rack for ski boots and gloves too, a nice touch! Highly recommend.

Location was great. It was apparent property wasn't inspected before we arrived. Place was over 90 degrees and floors were so hot we couldn't go barefoot. For two days it was extremely warm until property manager came and turned off value for floors. After that it was fine. Also would've been nice for property instructions and parking decal to be left out. Might want to check shower water. It's either very hot or cold and pressure very low. Thanks!

Lovely place
Very roomy. Two bathrooms so could easily accommodate four people (two on a fold out couch in the living room). Most convenient location to old town and lifts via the town shuttle.

A Perfect Place
We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the lift without being surrounded by too much noise. The space accommodated our family of four perfectly. The property is thoughtfully stocked and has great views. Management was quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay here again!
