The Space:
Located at the historic Blue Church Lodge, a Victorian-era style building steps away from Old Historic Main Street, this condo places you within walking distance to both downtown and the slopes! Inside the condo, you will find a chic home with a bright living space, two full bathrooms, two comfortable bedrooms with king beds, and a loft area, providing enough space for you and your group of up to 8 to spread out and relax.
As you enter the home you will find a storage closet directly ahead of the door offering a convenient space to unload your outdoor gear. On the ground level of the home you will find two comfortable bedrooms offering a quiet place to rest separate from the main living space. The first bedroom is a well-decorated and intimate space, with 3 windows filling the room with natural light. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a cushioned bench, and a 5-drawer dresser. A spacious closet offers added storage space in the room so you can easily unpack your personal items. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the second bedroom, a spacious room with a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a 5-drawer dresser, and a closet. A full bathroom is located across the hallway from the two bedrooms offering convenient access for the guests of the bedrooms. The bathroom features a modern single-sink vanity with storage space, and a stand-in shower with a sliding glass door. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and feature a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage.

Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

Getting Around:
With its incredible location, this home places you within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.
Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Unfortunately, the shared coin-operated washer/dryer were moved out for replacement, and thus they are not available for the time being. The new machines may arrive in mid-October, according to HOA.
