Summary:
This charming studio apartment boasts unbeatable access just seconds from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort. An intimate and efficient space, it boasts a bedroom/kitchen/living room, a full bathroom, and a balcony. Stocked with everything you need and nothing that you don’t, you will find this an ideal base from which you can explore all that this area has to offer. Ski or ice skate in winter, try the Alpine Slide in the summer, and stroll historic Main Street year-round!

This cozy home makes the most of its space with an updated kitchen, stylish living/sleeping area, balcony with views of the valley, and an incredible location at the resort base. From here, you can explore Park City with ease as you are central to it all - a mere 15 minutes or less from just about everything.

Enter into the large, shared hallway and take a left into your studio apartment. Upon entering, find a long row of hooks where you can unload your gear and prepare to settle in. A bench next to the entrance also makes it easy to kick off your boots and relax. To your right, find the beautiful living area with its stone fireplace, leather armchair and ottoman, loveseat, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a queen-size Murphy bed. This dynamic bed is easily tucked into the wall during the day to allow you to make full use of the living area and pulls down to make for a restful sleep space when you’re ready to tuck in. You will also find that the loveseat pulls double duty, transitioning into a twin-size pullout bed if needed. Should you want to take in the views of Old Town or simply get some fresh air, make use of the balcony with patio seating, which can be accessed from the living room.

Just off of the living room/bedroom, you will find a bar/workspace outfitted with two bar stools. Another example of efficiency in this fabulous home, you can make use of this area as a dining area, a game table, or a convenient workspace. It is made of the same granite countertops as found elsewhere in the lovely kitchen, where you will also find a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, single-basin sink, and an electric hot plate. Its open layout and close proximity to the living room means you and your loved ones can stay connected, whether grabbing a snack or digging into a meal.

Just around the corner from the kitchen/living area, find the full bathroom, which boasts a dual-sink vanity and a spacious, fully-tiled walk-in shower with a modern glass door.

Guests in this home are also welcome to take advantage of the shared spaces on-site, including the hot tub, pool, and laundry facilities.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and outdoor balcony as well as the community pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities. You will also have access to one free parking space in the underground parking, with a parking pass that will be provided.

The Neighborhood:
This home places you at the literal base of Park City’s iconic Park City Mountain Resort. Strap on your boots, and just 30 seconds from your door, find yourself at the Payday Express Lift. You can hit the slopes or ice skate at the Resort Center Ice Skating Rink during the winter or enjoy the resort’s many summer activities, from the zipline to the Alpine Slide and Alpine Coaster. You are also minutes from Old Town and Park City’s historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival and Egyptian Theater, where you can explore its many shops, galleries, breweries, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
This home’s unbeatable location truly places you within minutes of all that Park City has to offer. Steps from Park City Mountain Resort, you are also a short, 4-minute drive to Main Street. Hike the nearby Armstrong Trail or Dawn’s Trail, or make the 8-minute drive to Deer Valley, where you can take in a show at Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater in the summer months. The Utah Olympic Park is 12 minutes away while shopping at the Outlets Park City is only a 13 minutes drive. If you want to take advantage of Park City’s FREE transit buses, just walk to the PC Mountain stop on Lowell Ave in the Park City Mountain Resort base’s parking area. Here you can hop on a FREE Park City Transit Bus and find yourself connected to multiple lines spanning all of Park City. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Location Location Location
Was everything we needed for a ski vacation for two! We arrived in a snow storm and at night which made finding the correct parking lot and building difficult but we finally ran into someone who pointed us to the correct location. A few details can be improved on like a back up Kleenex, more than two wash cloths for 2 people for 4 days but it was clean and comfortable. It is a bit noisy in the morning if they are cleaning snow from the parking lot across the street. And we did have a problem with the parking pass. We were given a ticket stating it was a duplicated pass. Owners said they had not had the problem previously; the parking police dropped the $60+ charge on appeal. Communication with owners is by email and they did state they would reimburse if we incurred a cost. Minutes walk to Payday lift.

This property couldn't be in a better location for skiing, however the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything next door and there is zero communication from management. We received a parking ticket from the town for a "duplicate parking pass" provided by the management company (located in the apartment) and they did nothing to resolve it so we had to pay it.

Perfect Gem
This condo is in a great location. It has everything you need. The ski storage as you come in keeps the snow melt outside of your space. The layout is great, the kitchen is well equipped, the fireplace is a nice addition and the bathroom is the best! It’s spacious with double sinks and the shower was hot and strong after a tough day on the mountain. We would rent again!

Great location and value
Perfect for one or two guests. The proximity to the lifts was awesome. Clean, well-appointed and a good value. Murphy bed was ok, kitchenette and bathroom were an added bonus. We bought food in Salt Lake and brought it with us to the condo which made it very convenient for us. Parking space was definitely a WIN for the overall package.

You cannot reach the service who manages this unit. We had numerous issues which could have been resolved by a quick call, instead everything had to be through email or a “Message center.” We won’t engage with another unit with the same company.

Great location
When you look out the window of the unit, you’re looking at Cole Sport at Park City Mountain Resort. A short walk to Payday lift. I stayed by myself so the unit was perfect for me. Good for a couple and I think the love seat pulls to a small bed. Clean unit and good communication with host. Highly recommend.
