Walk anywhere in downtown Park City in summer or winter from this charming ski residence, or take Park City's free transit system from the bus stop just beyond your doorstep around town to any of the three world class ski resort, hiking or biking trails or shops and restaurants.

Better location than I thought.
4 adults and 6 kids on ski trip. Walking distance to downtown (10 minutes) or PCMR base (also about 10 minutes). Quieter than staying on Main Street but super easy to get around. 3 minute drive to drop off at slopes. I wouldn't want to carry gear and walk that far in boots, but plenty of overnight storage options at the resort base. The home is comfortable. I didn't hear any bed or bathroom complaints. The bunk room is great as long as you have 5 people willing to share a room, which we did. Would book again.

Perfect ski house.
Plenty of beds and bathrooms to stay in that were all clean and organized. Walking distance to the town lift and the base lifts less than 10 minutes in ski boots. Easy walk into main st for dinner and shopping as well.

Family Ski Trip
Number one reason to book this property is the location. You can walk a few minutes to the free bus stop and the first stop is the Park City base. You can also walk about 10 minutes including 72 stairs to the base. You can also walk a short distance to Main St. The bedrooms are small except the primary is spacious. The hot tub is off the first floor bedroom. Otherwise, you have to walk around outside to access the hot tub.

Great a rental, great location
Property was exactly as advertised. Property location is a short walk to/from Park City main entrance and very short walk to free transit ride…Park City stop is first stop. Also, about a 20 min walk to downtown or to grocery store if you prefer a nice walk. We walked most everywhere we went. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. 6 guys stayed very comfortably. The 4 full baths were a huge plus. We also greatly enjoyed the nice hot tub after a long day of skiing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place, problematic if you cook a lot
The home and location are really nice. Upon arrival, oven door noted to be stuck open and couldn't close, fireplace and bootwarmers not working. They were very responsive and Nick came and fixed those problems the next day. At that point we discovered the cooktop has no vent, and cooking breakfast caused grease to become aerosolized and land all over the floors. I discovered a thick layer of black filth on the floors and ended up cleaning the floors myself at least 5 times and they are still gross. I do appreciate getting refunded for the $395 cleaning fee. The other issue with cooking is complete lack of any staples I normally find in rental homes such as cooking oil, spices.. etc. Despite that, we found this rental to be a great place to stay in a very convenient location and we cooked up some great meals.

Kitchen had everything you needed. Hair dryers in every bathroom. Well maintained. Comfy beds. Everything you’d want. Easy walk to town and easy walk to main ski area too. Even an easy walk to grocery. You don’t need a car at all if the weather cooperates. They even let us check in early and communicated super well.

We did my annual college reunion ski trip at the property. Easy walk to DT Park City and the town lift. Can't be beat for acres ski and going to dinner. The Canyons was about ten min drive. We had one small issue and the property manager had a service person right out to the property. Nice layout that gave everyone space, great hot tub and a nice little deck off the kitchen. Well equipped and clean. My only suggestion would be an internet ready TV, but really who goes to PC to sit in front of the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location.
Property was comfortable for our family of 5. Well located. Short walk to PCM, Main Street is a bit further of a walk but certainly doable. Hot tub, washer/dryer and garage all came in very useful. House had plenty of space and towels. A bit light on basic cooking supplies like olive oil, salt/pepper but market is close by. Location is hard to beat especially for a first time to Park City which it was fir us. Easy drive in from SLC airport.

The accommodation was exactly what we required as a group. Convenient for every local amenity with the odd short walk. Bus for the ski slopes less than 5 minutes slow walk.....main Street a 10-15 minute enjoying the banter and company. We really couldn't have picked a better spot. The communication and information provided by the agent was 5 star, swift and always very clear and helpful. Would not hesitate to book this home in the future if available. Brilliant trip, fantastic memories in Park City.

Gorgeous home ! Awesome location on park ave !
This home is definitely where we want to stay again! Perfect location next to City Park, library and right next to historic Miners Hospital on Park ave in historic district . This private home had everything the group needed ! Well stocked kitchen , toiletries and a gorgeous hot tub and private location off of one of the bedrooms . Walking distance to town ski lift and restaurants and galleries . It was awesome in fall but even more premium location for winter I would say . Would be great for 4th of July as well ! Management company was on point and super responsive ! We had a big group and they had other places we booked too . It was overall an awesome experience at this home . We give it an A+ !!!
