A Wasatch Wonderland now allows 1 dog for an additional $20/night. If you are traveling with your furry friend and do not declare them in your booking, the fee will be doubled and paid from your deposit.

Also equipped with a smart thermostat and smart lock, bringing modern to the mountain in this cozy home away from home! During your stay you will be provided the same conveniences of a hotel in a coffee maker, hair-dryers, iron and ironing board. As well as, added amenities in a panini grill/griddle, toaster, crock pot, blender and ample utensils to easily create a delicious home-cooked meal.

Perfect Place
We were in Park City while our kiddo attended camp at Woodward. This unit was the perfect location, with easy access to Woodward and Deer Valley/Park City. We had two adults and two kids. There was plenty of space. The unit was clean and well equipped. Thanks for a great stay!

Great experience. Everything was as described and shown in pictures. Price is right and close to shopping and restaurants. Little extras were available like clothing detergent. 25 min drive to Park City Mountain in moderate traffic conditions leaving around 8-8:30. Snow conditions take quite a bit longer. We will be back!

Fabulously equipped cosy apartment for Canyons and Park City stay
Booked this as was looking for decently priced last minute stay for skiing. Loved the cosy apartment. Really well equipped kitchen with new appliances and super clean. Owner super quick to respond to questions and helpful tips. Was able to stream sports easily and appreciated the kitchen utensils/crockery for self catering. Also tea and coffee provided. Would recommend.

Perfect location for Park City Skiing
Me, my wife and our kids (21 & 16) stayed five days. Super easy drive back and forth to both Park City and Canyons! The kitchen is well stocked for meals. The washer and drier were clutch! PLENTY of hot water. FIRST FLOOR access is awesome for luggage, etc. Also, absolutely loved the ROKU Guest TV that allowed us to log into our favorite streaming services.

Unit was clean, well located. Easy access to I80, shopping, restaurants. Minutes from historic Park City. Owner communication very good. The unit itself could use an update. Unfortunately during my stay the occupants of the unit above were quite noisy; sounded like construction during the day and lots of moving around during the night. This is beyond the control of the owner but affected the enjoyment of my stay.

I love the condo because it’s very comfortable and homey. It’s clean, spacious and near the outlet stores , grocery stores and most of all near to different kinds of restaurants. Neat little ski retreat!
This property fit our needs to a T. We were looking for a neat and tidy place to crash after long days of skiing at Park City and The Canyons. Apartment parking lot to Canyons free parking lot was 10 minutes. Perfect! Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was plentiful, as was the hot water. Three TVs meant we could all watch what we wanted. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances with plenty of table/dish/glassware. Karri is a wonderful host, and incredibly responsive. Her responses came back to me almost before I sent off my queries. Eerie. Very happy with the accommodations.

Conveniently located for shopping in general (next to PC outlet) or grocery shopping. A little far from the ski mountain or historic Park City. Prop. Mgr is quick to response and easy to communicate. Place is roomy although we wish the bed can be with firmer mattress. Shuttle bus is available although a long long walk from the unit so we never tried it.
