This huge 'A-Frame' duplex, right in the heart of Park City, is sure to be a favorite for larger groups! This is the ultimate live like a local type of place that provides everything in TWO! The property is a duplex, but with this rental a sliding door is opened between the two units to provide direct access between the two and accommodate a larger group of up to 24 guests (you also save some $$$ as opposed to reserving each unit separately!)

With Park City Mountain and Main Street both within walking distance this property is the perfect location to experience all that Park City has to offer and provide cozy furnishings for everyone is your family or traveling group!

Park City stay
Really enjoyed the duplex effect; two kitchens, two dining rooms, two entertainment sections, plus all the bedrooms were adequate and provided some privacy. One unit was air conditioned, one was not, but the lower levels remained cool, and the upper bedroom in the non air conditioned unit had its own cooler and the temperature was always perfect.

Great spot
Property is fantastic and has so many beds. Nice kitchen tables for group dining and one of the living rooms is perfect for hanging out as a group. Location is great, 8 min walk to the mountain or 8 min walk to the town lift. Hot tub is also amazing!

Great stay close to Main Street and skiing
Excellent property with lots of room. Loved the ability to rent both sides. We were a large extended family. Enjoyed our stay. Only one issue. There is an Ice dam or something causing a leak in the dining room and called to report asap. No one ever came to check or repair.

Awesome Spot Super Close to Lifts
Stayed here with some friends for a spring snowboarding trip. We rented both units which offered more the ample space for our group. Each side has its own separate kitchen with both being stocked with lots of cookware which was nice. We only used a portion of the beds but if you don’t mind sharing rooms you can really pack this place. Overall we had a great stay! There were a couple small issues we had with a leaky shower head that was spraying water everywhere and also only one corner of the hot tub had working jets. It was the end of the season though so hopefully they’ll have those items fixed soon. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable Stay and Great Location
We rented out both units as part of our stay for a group of 9 friends. While the units are showing some overall wear, the place is very comfortable with tons of space, a great sleep setup for larger groups, all you need for cooking / eating and you can't beat the location for access to PC Mountain and downtown PC. Check in / Check out was easy and accommodating as well. No complaints at all and would very much recommend for larger groups where location is key.

The most disappointing place in 20yrs
This place failed. The house served as shelter and is not well maintained. The cabinet and bedroom doors couldn’t close right and bathroom hardware was falling off along with paint on walls. Kitchen was not well equipped. We arrived at 3:45p to the office to pick up keys. They said “it’s not 4pm yet as it’s a same day turnaround unit”. Jeesh, how close do they cut it with cleaning? I eventually was given keys and a door code (why is this necessary in an age of lockboxes and text). The keys turned out to be for a storage closet. Why are these keys simply not in the house? There was not even paperwork to sign requiring our presence. Ok. Still, no big deal, we arrived ready to hop in the hot tub. We changed our kids who hopped in first after we all put on suits, only to find the water at 49F. It must be broken and they didn’t know, right? I called, “oh it’s a same day turn around and it was a drain day, you should be happy because it’s clean.” Ok. I called and got a disinterested receptionist and asked for a call back from the manager to discuss the hot tub, as it was a priority feature for our trip. I called again and got sent to a manager type, but the call disconnected. When I called back, a third voice shrugged us off. I messaged multiple times on the app with no reply. No reach back to this day. Ok, fine. I had requested a late checkout for 11a and denied because it was on a same-day-turnaround. Worth noting, even if not, they charge a half-day fee and they told me I “wouldn’t want that”. The maids showed up 45min early on checkout day and took up a parking spot. We came back from coffee and had to hunt for parking. The nice maintenance guy showed up early and also started his routine. The cleaners entered the property 15min early to start cleaning while we were still inside dressing our kids. This company is completely focused on their bottom line with no consideration for repeat customers. This house is for wild bachelor parties at best. No one would notice the damage. We’ve rented from many companies. Others have proactively refunded us nominally to acknowledge inconveniences like hot tub malfunctions. One even offered switching us to a different rental over a dishwasher. The proximity to the resort is a strength. Maintenance guy, a close second. Staff seem under pressure. For the home owner, find a better company to service your investment. Avoid Alpine Ski Properties.

Great Place to Stay
This duplex was a great place for our family to stay. It provided plenty of room for our family including bedrooms for the adults and big rooms with beds where our grandchildren could sleep and hang out together. There were plenty of TVs and games, large dining tables, comfortable furniture, and the kitchens were well equipped. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub. It was very clean and comfortable and close to Main Street. When we got there the propane tank to the grill was empty, but they quickly replaced it with a full one. Later on we couldn’t get the front room gas fireplace in Unit B to work, but didn’t report it until we left. A toilet wasn’t working in one of the bathrooms, but we got along fine without it. Overall we had a very good experience.

Great large property
We loved this place for the summer in park city. Close to downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center of main street. It was clean and plenty big enough for the 14 people we had staying. 4 parking spots if you book both sides. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to those seeking a roomie place for a lot of folks.
