This completely remodeled, comfortable, spacious three level Mountain Townhome at Red Pine, is nestled at the base of Park City Canyons Village Resort, just 25 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport in Salt Lake City, Utah. Walk to the lifts, the cabriolet and main gondola or use the the Canyons Connect free ride service.
Wonderful views of the mountains from almost every window. Beautiful 20 foot floor to ceiling rock fireplace with gas log and large sunny windows. Vaulted ceilings in the living area and master bedroom. Twelve minute walk to the lifts at the fabulous Park City Ski Resort, or use Canyons Village Connect free ride service. You may also catch a free shuttle to Deer Valley or Historic Main Street down the hill at the main parking lot. Four total bedrooms each with private bath.
Charming waxed pine furniture throughout with two cozy fireplaces. Newly remodeled kitchen with Quartz countertops. Plank white oak floors and carpet in Great Room. New granite countertops and Italian tile floors in the four bathrooms. Dining table seats eight. Comfortable chairs and sofa with down cushions in living area. Four bedrooms on three floors are completely private, each with its own newly tiled bathroom. Down comforters on each bedstead: three king bedrooms, plus a bunk room with two comfortable built-in beds (each has a full size mattress). Four large pine armoires for storage. New stainless steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen. Quality linens provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Year round heated pool, two large hot tubs and sauna are located at nearby clubhouse. Free tennis courts and three pools open in summer.

This condominium is bright and sunny with 20 foot vaulted ceilings in living area and master bedroom. Floor to ceiling rock fireplace in living area and another fireplace in master suite. Large windows to the ceiling with beautiful views. Plenty of space (2300 square feet). Quiet end unit with extra window in kitchen that overlooks expansive grassy slope where small children can play or sled. Walk directly out porch/balcony to the grass and walkways. Three HD cable TVs. Two parking spaces, one covered. Free WIFI available. Locking closet outside for for skis or bikes. Common area with four tennis courts, volleyball, horseshoes, two outdoor pools, (one heated in winter) and childrens pool, two large hot tubs, sauna, and picnic area with BBQ.

Canyons Village Connect offers free private ride service to the lifts during the ski season to owners and guests at Red Pine Condos. Free bus service to Park City center ski lifts, Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Park City Historic District, which is just three miles away. There you will find many restaurants and charming shops. The Olympic Sports Park with museum, ski jumps, luge, and bobsled runs is one mile away. Groomed cross country course is a half mile away. Limited cross country skiing just outside the door. Walk up to the Canyons Village with shops, restaurants and gondola or walk down to the cabriolet/people-mover at the main parking lot.

Lovely Spot
We had the most wonderful time at this property ! It was super convenient to everything . The slopes were right there. The free shuttle service arrives in 3-5 min from the app . We did the same trip in Breck and we all liked it much better here. It’s very close to the airport as well . Logistics are way easier and with kids that was huge for us . The home is 3 stories and broke up perfectly for everyone to have their privacy . Highly recommend !

Park City Ski Trip
Our group of 5 adult men had a great visit to this condo for Park City skiing. It was a convenient location in the Canyons area. The condo was set up well with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and we spent a lot of time at the end of the day in the comfortable living room. We used Canyons Valley Connect shuttle to get to and from the ski area and the bus to get to downtown, very easy to use both. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to stay!
The houe was great; fully stocked kitchen and laundry room; tons of blankets and pilows too. One added bonus I wasn't aware of was the free shuttle that Canyons offers. It is easier than the Uber app and allowed our entire group to pick and choose when to ski and when to take a break at the house. I would highly recommend and will stay here again!

Four avid skiers had a great week at PC. Townhouse convenient, clean and everything works and is updated. Quiet at night which also important. We shuttled to/from PC base, which was very easy and convenient. Walking is .4 miles. And ski back to unit not really an option. Would definitely rent again.

An amazing stay at an ideal property. The place is a very short walk to Canyons lodge for the next best thing to "ski-in-ski-out" at a fraction of the price. Family Ski Trip
We had our family of 7, including our 18 month old grandson, at this condo in January and we had a fantastic time! The owners are great people and were quick to answer any question we had, before and during our stay. The condo is well suited for a large group with each of the 4 bedrooms having private baths. The large living area and large dining table were perfect for our meals we prepared in the kitchen. We skied both at Canyons and at ParkCity. One of the great things while staying here is using the Canyons Village Connect ride service to get us to the main lift area at Canyons or down to the transit hub to catch the bus to Park City. They were always very quick to pick us up. Having the carport with the ski storage closets worked great to store our skis and quickly grab them and head out for the day.

We had a great stay at this location. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. We did not want for anything in the thoughtfully stocked, updated kitchen. The Canyons Village Connect shuttle was awesome. Members of our group could come and go from skiing or site seeing as they pleased. Easy check in and comprehensive instructions available for the unit and surrounding activities. The community pool and hot tub are an easy walk and relaxing-although it morphs into an adult party zone after 5pm… We had a very enjoyable time. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Ski Vacation
We booked this townhouse for a holiday ski vacation with extended family. Very comfortable for eight people and would have been fine for one or two more. The upstairs master was spacious, private and comfortable, and the fireplace burns compressed logs (not provided). The downstairs bedrooms had their own heat, so everyone could be as warm or cool as they preferred. All showers had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The bunk beds worked fine for our teens. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to make some meals and the dining/living area was large enough for everyone to find a cozy spot to keep toasty by the convenient gas fireplace under the comfy blankets provided. It snowed almost the entire time we were there, so we did not use the back deck (which had three chairs), but there are shovels, brushes and ice melt to make everything useable. The covered parking space was great (there is also one uncovered spot) and the storage cabinets were very large and held all of our skis, poles and snowboards no problem along with the sleds that were already in there. If our kids were smaller, they would have enjoyed the sledding hill in the back and toys/games provided. We did not use the hot tub/pool area, but it was very close. It was an easy, downhill, ten-minute walk to the 7-11, bus stop (to go to town or Park City ski area) and free cabriolet up to the Canyons ski area, restaurants and shops. We did not figure out how to ski back to the townhouse, but it was a relatively short, downhill walk back. The free shuttles were easy to access via the Canyons Village Connect app and can take you anywhere in the general area. We flew into SLC and used Quicksilver private transportation services to get to/from the townhouse. They were professional, on time and friendly. Some of us needed to rent, so we used a service linked with the Epic site. CJ came and met us at the townhouse and expertly fitted three skiers and three snowboarders with all the gear we needed, which we conveniently returned on our own schedule to Canyons Rental at the base of the Canyons ski area (which is adjacent to the all-day lockers, so you can stow your walking boots to change into when you return your gear). If you download the Epicmix app, you can also make dining reservations, which are required at the indoor dining lodges on the mountain due to COVID. Great communication with owners, who provided all the info we needed.

The townhouse exceeded our expectations. Very spacious with four bedrooms(one has double bunks off kitchen)each having their own bathroom. Nice sized kitchen with everything needed for cooking including many spices, flour, etc.. Great family room area with fireplace which can accommodate a large family, laundry room, ski storage,etc... Views were nice and location was perfect. Easy walk to shuttles which ran often to downtown park city, grocery store, ski lifts, etc.. The house had everything needed for a week stay. Ann communicated very well with great written instructions and information. I would definately recommend this townhouse and would most certainly stay again if we return to park city.
