Grubby but comfy
The hotel itself is a bit grubby and could be doing with an upgrade. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. A five minute walk from Bussy Saint Georges train station gets you to the hotel and it's a nice area, very residential so I felt safe walking at night. There was a problem with my key card every night I was there. The door system seemed to be broken and rather than give me a new card the guy on reception just used his emergency one, but even that was a struggle. It was frustrating every night to get to my room and have to go all the way back to reception when the door wouldn't open and I don't know why he couldn't have just given me a new card. As I said the hotel is in need of an upgrade - the electronics as well as the decor need some serious TLC. But the place was clean and I'd stay again when visiting Disneyland as its close & cheap.

Hotel is easy to access from the train station only 5-10mins walk,the staffs a friendly and welcoming,the breakfast is not the best ever,so better get few things from the grocery shop if you don't want to waste 10euros on breakfast.

Poor cleaning
Did book after reading about carpet stains and child sick hoping would be something looked into. Poor room a/c in summer, poor lighting, stingy sheets just folded back, stains on corridors carpets paint. Stayed 4 nights, first night saw a bug in toilet and one on bed and few on dark carpets. Researched next day Google image was bed bugs complaint to staff poor English and felt ignored, nothing happened even after 2 nd day found bugs on bed and complained. From day 2 removed all blankets and used just white sheet and still got bites in morning on my child. Things will not change I think. Best avoided day 1 told iron availability possible and next morning staff toldnever been available

2 stops on the train from Disney land
This hotel was aweful, staff not friendly but once ask they help! Broken sockets in room, stained and dirty carpets, out dated curtains and they look very old and dirty! Breakfast not worth 10€ for adult! Stinking smell at all times. I was really disappointed for the amount of money I paid for the 3 nights. Very few shops and 7 mins walk from train station. Bathroom was dirty esp in the corners and they only gave a plug in heater my kids and I came back ill just because of the room not warm enough. Very disappointed

The hotel is excellent value with good facilities. Nice large rooms, kitchen suite and bathroom suite.

Good hotel for backpacker, the price is cheap, the staff are really friendly, but the exhaust inside the bathroom is not working also in room 212 has bugs inside because the vent is not closed properly

It says there is a bar, restaurant and a pool but there wasn't any in the hotel. There was also squashed bugs all over the room and there was no utilities in the room such as a kettle, telephone or ironing board

nothing works
rooms burning hot and no air condition.plugs hanging off walls through out the rooms and corridors.we had no lights for 2 nights out of four. every time we went out of room we were constantly going up and down lift because room card would not work and had to be reprogramed. very dangerous hotel with the plugs hanging off especially with children. carpets were covered in paint and stains,absolute disgrace. ceiling paint in rooms falling off and damp all over roof. lifts were the only thing that worked. the area had absolutely no where to eat or drink. thee was 1 bar ,shut early. close to rer and Disney which was only plus point in one miserable hotel

The bathroom stank so bad. Not even bathroom stink either; just some horrible stench. I had to brush my teeth in another room so I could breathe. The free wifi is only for ONE device. I signed in on my phone and could not use my laptop as a result. The air conditioner just doesn't work. The heater, however, works fine. Especially if you set the heater to "cool."

Ok Hotel, good price close to Disneyland Paris
The hotel is a short train ride into Disneyland Paris. It's 2.50 euro per trip, so 5 euro a day to visit the parks. Factor that in to the price if you're looking to save money. A family of four will be spending 20 euro a day for the train. Might be better to spend that 20 on a closer hotel. The hotel was in a beautiful little village/town, very plesant and quiet. The hotel itself was ok, the carpets in the hallway were stained and disgusting which got me worried. The actual room was nice and clean. Nothing to complain about, nice room for the price. There was a breakfast served in the morning that was great, best contanentail breakfast I've had in a hotel. So factor that into the price as well. It will cost you a lot more then 20 euro to feed your family breakfast.

The hotel staff was so nice when we checked-in.Arrived there early in the evening,so it was dinner time.It was after Christmas,I don't know if that's the reason why the hotels' restaurant was not working.Forgot to ask his name,he told us about the restaurants nearby.There was also a supermarket so we were able to buy juices and stuff for breakfast.There was a kitchenette in the room,something we didn't expect.But there was no kitchen utensils.I bet they will provide it if you will ask.But since we always leave after breakfast and come back in the evening,we were just too tired to cook something,we always eat outside.We just comes back at the hotel to sleep.We always have a good night's sleep.It was so quiet.The only thing is that the WiFi connection was erratic,sometimes we have it sometimes we don't.When we are in the bed 70% we have no WiFi.What we do is we go closer the door to send messages or keep in touch with our love ones.The wall painting and the carpet are a little old,but the place is clean.Oh,I also have to say that all the hotel staff were so helpful and nice.We need to print something and they printed it for us.Considering the nightly price I think you get what you pay for.The location was perfect,just a station away from Disneyland by metro.My friend and I are planning to go back to Paris,and we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Super hotel, close to RER A, 2 stops fr Disneyland
I was very happy with Villa Belagio. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Only at check out time there was nobody at the desk, so I left my key with a note and so far there appears to have been no problem to have done that. The location was excellent. Close to banks, patissier, la poste, RER, grocery store, park trails... It was a really nice area. The carpets and finishings are old stained, but I was not bothered by this.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for the sole purpose of having a base for our 4 days at Disneyland. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station, which is only 2 stops from Disney. For this purpose the hotel is exactly what we wanted. There's plenty of space in the under ground free car park. The staff were very helpful, and English speaking. However it is a cheap hotel, so the place was a little worn. The Wifi was weak in our room and there was not microwave in the room as stated when booked. You can use a communal one in the breakfast room if you fancy. We didn't have the hotel breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall for us we had a good stay, we were out every day and just needed somewhere to sleep. This hotel served it's purpose well.

Hotel is in a dire state. It should be closed down as it is barely fit to service guests due to poor state of electrics. Obviously has had no investment for many many years. Would not go again.
