What a beautiful little place! Travelled with my 13 year old daughter & was perfect for us. The staff were really friendly,room & decor was stunning & was in a great location close to the Metro. Would definitely return if i was ever in Paris again.

We had a great overall stay at Vice Versa when we were there for the Olympics. The staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. The cleaning service was always working and we did not have to ask for anything.

Great staff, fun decor, close to transport
I really enjoyed my stay at Vice Versa. I loved the quirky decor and the staff were amazing. It would be nice if there was a more comfortable chair in there he room and my fridge did not work properly. The train stations are an easy walk and good access to supermarkets nearby.

So fantastic! The hotel is wonderfully quirky, extremely clean and so comfortable. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants and the Eiffel Tower! Highly recommend, would stay here again for sure!

I was surprised by the suite, lovely tub. Nice staff, quiet room. East location to Paris Expo would highly recommend, restaurant very reasonable near by too, 3 courses and wine under €50, croissant €1.50 and coffee €2 from lovely bakery left out of the entrance. 20 min drive to Eiffel Tower. Taxi from CDG to hotel €69 return taxi from hotel €78

The room was beautiful and unique. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower which we were not expecting so that was a wonderful surprise. The staff was so kind and also contacted taxi's for us prior to going out and getting to the airport.

The stay was amazing and the stuff were very nice, the only bad thing was that the eleveator was broken and we had a baby with us so it was a little bit hard to climb to the 4th floor but it will be fixed fast, everything else was perfect

Expérience Décevante : Service et Hygiène à Revoir
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé de la nourriture laissée par le précédent client dans le minibar et un coton-tige usagé par terre dans la salle de bain. Le quatrième jour, en rentrant dans notre chambre twin, nous avons découvert que les lits, séparés depuis 3 jours, avaient été rassemblés en un grand lit, sans aucune demande de notre part. Au check-out, un directeur se tenait à la réception. J'ai d'abord pensé qu'il était là pour s'excuser, mais je me suis vite rendu compte que j'en attendais trop. Il n'était pas là pour écouter, mais pour "discuter" (comme il a insisté à le dire). Son objectif semblait être de minimiser nos remarques, les qualifiant de "détails" et d’"exigences personnelles" censées être normales dans un hôtel quatre étoiles. Il a évité de répondre à nos questions sur la formation du personnel d’étage et nous a même conseillé de viser un hôtel cinq étoiles si nos attentes étaient plus élevées. Il a ajouté que cet hôtel surpassait les autres grâce à sa fameuse "démarche qualité", que les autres établissements n’offriraient pas selon lui. Après notre départ, le directeur a poursuivi sa "démarche" en nous envoyant un e-mail de manière condescendante, nous accusant et cherchant à nous ridiculiser. Le personnel de réception, malgré tout, reste agréable. Cependant, en soirée et de nuit, ils se retrouvent souvent seuls à gérer de multiples tâches (check-in, room service, bar...), ce qui est loin d’être idéal pour un hôtel de 37 chambres réparties sur 7 étages
