Staff were polite and mostly happy to help. The property was nice and was in a great location. However, on our departure day the elevator was broken and we had to carry very heavy cases down 4 narrow flights with no offer to help - not great considering one guest was an OAP and the other had a bad back.

Convenient for train
Comfortable beds, room was spacious enough for three adults on a weekend away. Bathroom door didn’t close well, shower ceiling had some stains, and you had to push/pull a bit to open/close the front door. This wasn’t an issue for us personally, but do note that the lift is not wheelchair accessible. We booked this hotel to be close to the station as we had a train to take very early in the morning, which this was perfect for.

Given the condition of the hotel and the need for renovation, the price we paid was high. Location to train station is great. We were frequently told to be careful of pick pockets in this area.

Stayed with my two jetlagged children. Fabulous, relaxed, multilingual staff, easy helpful check in, delicious breakfast, great shower, comfortable bed, and located directly opposite Gare du Nord, with transport on the doorstep. Recommended!

In overall it was a pleasant stay. Room and elevator was quite small but acceptable. In overall most staffs were friendly and helpful, even there was one lady offered us their special fruits during breakfast. It was just one receptionist, he was quite cocky and not friendly. Good hotel, good location, great breakfast!

This property served its purpose for an early train out of Gare Du Nord. The street noise is nothing however the walls are thin and maintenance workers in the building overnight were tossing clean linen bags all over the hall. The front desk saves the staff rating as they did check me in at 1pm with no additional fee. If you’re looking for an easy transport stay, this does the job. For all else, stay away.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, WE CHECKED IN THE HOTEL FOUND IT DIRTY AND ROOM SMELLS A VERY BAD ODOR 😕, WE CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY. AREA IS DANGEROUS IN THE NIGHT TIME. STAFF DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND LOOKS LIKE A MAFIA. STAY AT NOVATEL SUITS VERY GOOD HOTEL. AVOID TIM HOTEL.

The room is very small, there isn’t a closet or a big trash can. The sheets are not changed over the days. Spilled coffee on it and the stain remained over the whole week

It was a bit disappointing
The hotel is very small, but located right next to the Gare du Nord, and near to the metro, which is quite easy to find. The price of the room when I took it was quite expensive with a room of quality like this, probably because it’s on the date of 31 Dec night. It was without refrigerator, or even toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers. The bed was squeaky, and the small desk even still had food dirt on it. It’s with thin wall and you can easily hear people talking in the next room and walking outside of the room. The staff was very polite and efficient though, which we really appreciate.
