Welcome to our modern studio in Montparnasse Paris!
This 30m² apartment is located on the 1st floor (no lift) and comprises:
- A separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower (with sliding door) and heated towel rails
- A semi-open kitchen with a large worktop
- A living area that also serves as a rest area with a folding bed (160x200) and Dunlopillo Latex 5 Very comfortable (17 cm thick)
The decor is contemporary or modern with aluminum ceiling lighting in the kitchen and living room. The floor is covered with tile in kitchen and hardwood floors in the living room.

- Internet access wifi / ADSL cable
- Washing machine
- Stove glass ceramic
- Microwave and Grill (separated)
The apartment is located on Maine Street, a street famous for its theaters and near the rue de la Gaite with nightlife (bars and restaurants, such as "Sunflower").
There is also a small park to enjoy the calm in the afternoon.
Access is very convenient: the apartment is located between three stops: Montparnasse, Edgar Quinet and Gaite. There are 5 subway lines 2 minute walk. If you arrive by car, the Porte d'Orléans is your exit. There is a car park 100 meters away.
There are two major grocery at the corner of the street, which is handy if you need to go shopping if you stay here.
We can organize for you the transfer from the airport to the apartment or renting a car if necessary and would be happy to provide answers to all your questions.
