A fantastic location, in the heart of the magical Left Bank, a stone's throw from the Sèvres Babylone metro station (lines 10 and 12). This very parisian suite is close to the prestigious Hôtel Lutetia, the historic Café de Flore and Deux Magots, Le Bon Marché, La Grande Epicerie, and museums. This brand new apartment offers a comfort and stunning decoration designed to ensure that you have the best possible stay.
Whether you are alone, in a couple, with family or friends, in a leisure or business stay, the conditions are there to make your stay a real success.
Excellent bedding (a queen size bed + a queen size convertable sofa), fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, refrigerator, cooking utensils and plates, toaster, cable TV, high speed internet, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV, linen (towels, sheets)…

Wonderful stay in Saint Germain neighborhood
We loved this cozy and comfortable apartment, and the location was perfect. The very minor drawbacks have been mentioned by other reviewers, but none of them were significant to us. The owner, property manager and her son were very pleasant and responsive. We enjoyed all our interactions with them. We tried many of the nearby restaurants and had some magnificent meals. Great shopping very close by. Wonderful to be so close to the Louvre, the Musee d’Orsay, the Rodin Museum and so much more!

Perfect base for exploring Paris
All was as described. We conveniently were able to drop luggage upon arrival. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious with excellent water pressure. Temperature was perfectly controlled with overhead and quiet unit.

Great place, super safe.
This apartment was just what we needed for our 5 night stay. It is centrally located to many of the attractions. There are also several great places to eat, which are a short walk. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay
We had just a few days in Paris and this place was perfect for our needs. Close to public transport and so easy to get anywhere we needed. The neighborhood was nice and interesting (seemed quite safe). The apartment was small, but we didn't spend a lot of time there. It was clean, had a comfy bed, quiet, and good a/c. Pretty much everything we needed. We didn't use the stove or appliances beyond the fridge and electric kettle (both of which worked fine). Communication with the host was easy and they were very accommodating with our arrival and departure needs. We'd happily stay there again!

Just a few things to add to the four previous reviews from 2023: the linens and towels are top quality; the air conditioning kept the apartment comfortably cool during a few hot days; and there is a lift if you prefer not to use the circular stairs. The apartment is just the right size for those who spend most their time out exploring Paris; the location makes exploring easy, either on foot or by Metro; and the host was so responsive, quickly and thoroughly answering all the questions we had on our first visit to Paris. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is small but perfect. Close to the metro, walkable to Musée d’Orsay, Louvre, and île de la Cité. It was perfect for the two of us. Sonny was very helpful.

Cute, comfortable and great locale
The studio suite was wonderfully clean and tastefully decorated for that size of space. Everything one would need for a few days in Paris was up-to-date and in good order. The bathroom is cleverly designed for ample shelf space for toiletries and the hanging of towels. The kitchenette has all one needs for a 3-5 day stay. There is no room for a small dining table, but why would you sit down and eat in your room when you can be out at an amazing cafe?! The beds are comfortable and adequately sized. Really, no complaints at all. The location is fabulous and very safe. The building that the apartment is in is safe, but unfamiliar for us suburbian Americans. Everything was clean and in great condition, but there are hallways, wide and narrow, many doors and a circular staircase to walk through to get to the apartment. One gets used to it. Overall, I would bring my family there again!

Pluses and minuses
Pluses include location—a short walk to the Sévres-Babylone Metro and walking distance to many museums. Also close to good restaurants on Rue du Cherche Midi and the Blvd Rispail street markets on Wednesday and Sunday. The space was quite clean and furnished with nice sheets and towels. Biggest minus was that it was dark—only one window that opened out onto the roof and faced two other apartments a short distance away. I kept the curtains closed the entire time. Not a big problem because it was winter and the sun didn’t come out the entire week, but I couldn’t imagine being there in the summer. The other minus is that the kitchen is tiny, no counter space. If you’re planning to cook this is not the place for you. There is also no place to eat whatever you’ve bought or cooked, other than a cocktail table. The space is OK for two people but three would definitely be a crowd.

Great location!
This apartment is well located in the 7th, with nice restaurants and shopping near by. The interior of the building needs some maintenance (stained carpet in the hall) and the walls are thin. We had a family with small children next door. The children made a lot of noise when they were there.

Solo in Paris
It's taken a few days to write this review, but here goes. Let's start with the location. Fantastic location, close to everything, near the Metro and within walking distance to most things. If you decide to do the Big Bus, it works great as there are many close stops nearby. The check in process, well the host was not in Paris, but left someone to handle this. Upon arrival, I was advised that a woman would be inside the apartment waiting for me, I was provided a code to get in. The code to enter the apartment hallway was inaccurate so entry was not obtained. There were instead two guys that greeted me, the first guy couldn't get in, the second arrived entered the code in front of both myself and the other guy, who seemed to be delivering items. Once in he showed me around the apartment, never introduced himself, but knew who I was. After he left a knock on the door, no peep hole, but the person seemed to be the check in guy. Well it wasn't, there stood the delivery guy trying to force himself into the apartment, until I flashed his face on the camera call I was on. He placed his foot between the door to prevent me from closing, they other guy was nowhere around anymore. Apparently he saw the code and re-entered the hall. I phoned the host and was advised the guy that let me in was the nephew to the person that should have checked me in. This didn't feel comfortable, I was a solo female traveler, this situation was very scary and left me afraid to leave the apartment. After speaking with the host she assured me this should not have happened, she would have the code changed and report the delivery guy. Valerie honored that the next day, until then she advised the nephew would be around keeping an eye out. He stayed around washing laundry at the front of the hall until late evening, the next day the code was changed. I didn't spend much time there, but when I was the nephew was also there washing laundry with a couple other people. Not sure who they were, but only one was working, there was a female that seemed to be keeping him company. The apartment was small, perfect for 1-2 people, it was stocked with basic needs for the week. The view was terrible, you are looking at a dirty rooftop outside your immediate window or into other apartments. When in the apartment it was nice having Netflix in English to watch. Thank you for the list provided for taxis, restaurants and things close by. I will not stay again.

Very Good Location
Location is very good and close to two underground stations as well as many cafes and brasseries. The unit is small but nicely appointed. It works great for no more than two people Access was straightforward and simple. The one drawback is that the internal walls are very thin. If there is someone in the adjourning room you can hear conversations, along with snoring, water running, etc. We unfortunately had a family with children who for some reason enjoyed staying up very late and got up very early – if you plan to stay, definitely bring earplugs.

Amazing Property!
My wife and I chose this apartment because it had air conditioning and a washer/dryer and because we tried to be walking distant to many Paris sites and museums. It turned out that the neighborhood was much more amazing than expected with great cafes, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was really comfortable and convenient and the staff was really helpful getting us checked in and out as well as any questions we had. It was so nice to be able to stay at such an incredible place to really experience Paris. Thank you to everyone who helped us during this visit! We are truly grateful for finding this apartment.

Excellent!
I go to Paris at least once a year and This is the best place I’ve stayed at. It’s recently remodeled, super clean and well manager in an unbeatable, quiet, location. The hide a bed is very comfortable. I would recommend it for a maximum of 3 people.

This apartment was a great place to stay for 2 people. We were able to walk to most places. My suggestion is to have a full length mirror. It was a tab bit noisy, able to hear everything in the apartment next to us.

The apartment, those small, has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We use the fold out bed and it was comfortable, but frankly filled up most of the living room. I would recommend it more as a rental for a single or a couple as opposed to friends. However that was the only thing that was less than perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Great Location, noisy at times
Perfect for two. Location is great for walking access to Paris attractions. There are six vacation apartments on the same floor. It has a very good shower and bathroom. The kitchen is small. The walls in the bedrooms are not sound proofed. We could hear the people in the adjacent apartment very clearly. We also heard the subway periodically.
