The worst experience ever
We didn't had a room. It was a disaster. So we left they say that we will be credited with the full amount. But i didn't have nothing yet. Don't ever try this hôtel

Value for money in a high end part of Paris
We stayed in this Apart Hotel whilst visiting a relative in a nearby hospital. The room was very clean and furnished with all that was required. Memory Foam bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels well laundered. Fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery all provided with a 2 ring electric hob and microwave oven. TV with all the French channels, no English channels. Bath room was tiny, just enough room for a shower, basin and toilet, but all was very clean and modern, very good quality shower. The room opened onto a small inner courtyard reminiscent of 1900's Paris which makes sense as the building dates from 1910. Very quiet at night which was great for sleeping. The owner is charming and very helpful. He was honest enough to apologise for the dilapidated communal areas but then he has just bought the property and is refurbishing it. I would stay here again.

Convenient place to stay
The room was newly renovated and the kitchenette was very helpful. Everything was compact and function. The bath was very clean and the shower beautiful (if a little on the small side). I liked it so much I extended my stay and would recommend it to others.

It had a homely feel. We had to wait a bit and call-in to get checked-in because nobody was there in the main office. So that was a bit of small hassle. But after we got our room, the stay was very comfortable and more than what we expected. It feels less like a hotel and more like a house/hostel inside which was quite enjoyable. The hotel is not particularly close to tourist destinations but has easy access to the bus stop and other public transport. My stay was to catch a flight next morning and so it worked out well.

It was a unique experience. It was sort of like staying in a room and your grandmother's house. The furniture was a little dated and the bed was small, but it was quiet and the bathroom was very nice. It also had a kitchenette so there was a sink, stove top, fridge and utensils. It was in a nice neighborhood and very close to the Metro. For the price, it was worth it to be in Paris!

Not as advertised
We were happy with the area the hotel was located in, but we were more than disappointed with our room. The door into the room had plywood instead of glass, the toilet was old and a hole had been cut in the tank top so it could be flushed by lifting a plastic lever. The wooden seat was cracked in two places, and the water was so hot it almost burned me the first time I turned it on. No safety features at all - no smoke detectors. The sign for the hotel was a sheet of paper taped to the front door. The description online and reviews were completely misleading. The hotel claims renovated rooms. Ours was not! I would never stay there again.

The location is great specially if you want to be close to the neuilly area without paying the neuilly prices. The guy at the reception who is the owner as well (not sure) is very helpful but the place need a major maintenance work and could do better in cleanness

I read loads of reviews about this place, to sum it up... Good for the money. Eric the owner couldn't have been more helpful. He's brilliant. If you need anything ie ironing board etc ask when you first arrive. The hotel looks quite grotty from the entrance hall but the rooms aren't too bad. They are definitely not sound proof. It's modern enough but the windows are old paint chipping etc. my negative point would be when I woke up id left a bar of chocolate on the side, there were ants everywhere!!! There was a few hairs around here and there but the hotel is cheap. There is a metro station a couple of roads up but I just walked to the palais des congress and got that one as it's a main one. ( it's about 15/20 mins away) go out the hotel and turn left, walk down a steet and there a tobacco shop. There is an AMAZING restaurant called MANDALAY ask Eric to make you a reservation! I paid 110euros for 2x 3 courses and a bottle of wine. Owner speaks English. It's just around the corner( sort of) hope this helps.

Studio apartment, not fancy but functional
This really is a small apartment with a kitchenette in the 16th away from the touristy area. It is not a fancy hotel and does not really have a lobby. If you are self-sufficient, on a budget and don't need to think you are the King or Queen of the May, it is fine. The room though small, was larger than many budget hotels I have been in Paris, and everything was new, worked, and was clean. Convenient to everything in that area (stores, restaurants, Metro)

Easy to get around
I was a 51yr old female first time traveler and I loved staying here. It was so easy for me to get around by train. The hotel is lovely, clean and is being refurbished. The room was small but modern and adequate, sweet. The area is beautiful and the people were friendly and helpful.

Bad service from start to finish!
I visited Les Résidences Hôtellières Salvy in Levallois-Perret for 6 days. I arrived a little bit earlier than the 1:30 PM recommended for checkin and the employee or owner welcomed me anyway and let me put my things in the room, so that was greatly appreciated. But this is the last time I got to see an employee or received any type of service. No one was even there at checkout, I rang 2 different bells and finally left the keys on the table since the taxi was waiting and counter rolling. My room was tiny, I read there was supposed to be a kitchenette... no such thing, there were a mini fridge and a few utensils. There was supposed to be an iron (and a table I would guess) I had to ask and they only brought the iron, I had to roll a towel in iron in the air... weird situation. Anyway, I could to on and on, but I have more positive things to do. I do suggest, if you visit Levallois, go elsewhere.
