It has a desk which is very convenient for home office.

Located near the famous business district of La Défense, the CNIT, and La Grande Arche, our apartment is a perfect choice for business trips and an ideal place to enjoy the calmness of the Parisian suburbs.
Situated in proximity to Île de Puteaux, with its magnificent swimming pool, the Bois de Boulogne, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, and other activities, this location offers convenience. Puteaux station is within walking distance, providing access to the tram (direct access to the Porte de Versailles exhibition center via the T2) and the train (direct access to Paris Saint Lazare station by train). With the nearby metro, you can effortlessly reach the center of Paris: only 20 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, or 30 minutes to Le Louvre and the Champ de Mars, home to the Eiffel Tower.

The check-in assistant will meet guests at the property on the day of their arrival. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on arrival time,these fees must be paid in cash upon arrival.The rates are as follows (Paris time zone):

* Check-in between 3pm-7pm: free
* Check-in between 7pm-9pm: 30 euros
* Check-in between 9pm-midnight: 60 euros
* After midnight: upon request
* Public holiday: +10 euros

Please communicate the arrival time 1 week in advance to facilitate the check-in process.
