Room is small which is expected. AC a didn’t seem to work properly. Room was hot despite our setting it to the lowest temp setting. Room looked clean enough but I got severe bed bug bites. Location is great.

We enjoyed staying here! It was very convenient to most everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to most all our needs. Our one complaint was the hotel advertised air conditioning. I realized that my idea of air conditioning is not exactly what I should expect. However, our air conditioner truly did not work. We did mention it to the front desk and they said they would look at it. When we returned for the evening, they said it was “good.” It was still very very hot in our room.

When we first checked in, we were disappointed in our room. The room was not as clean as we would have liked and there were a few small problems in the room. I brought my concerns to John at the front desk and he did everything he could to address our issues. John is great! We found out that the property was recently purchased by a different hotelier in the area who we feel will make the property even better than it was! The location is amazing! Great cafes, shopping, bakeries and more are just steps from the room. Our room was on the 6th floor and we were the only room on the floor. From our window you could just see the tip of the Eiffel Tower which was great! Our stay did not start great, but ended beautifully. I would certainly stay here again!

Stay here, you will love it.
This is a tiny hotel in the lovable St. Germain area - perfect location. This hotel has all the charm of Paris without the pretentiousness. Basically, just a hotel, no restaurant, no gym, the "bar" has two chairs, but what an incredible stay this place makes for. Only negative is the bathroom is a bit ill designed, but a minor shortcoming on a truly fabulous property.

Prince de Conde was the perfect location to discover an array of off the path restaurants and numerous small art galleries away from the hordes of tourists. But still within quick walking distance of many notable tourist attractions. Room was excellent and front staff were always available and kind.

This is our 3rd trip to Paris and our favorite hotel! We had plenty of space, and the rooms were modern and clean. The king-size bed had a quality mattress and quality bedding. The reception staff were friendly and helpful - especially the gentleman who worked the night shift. He patiently waited while I attempted to say some words and phrases in French and then helped me to say them better.

This was a super cute hotel, and we really enjoyed staying here during our last stop of our honeymoon! It was a great location - easy walking distance to tons of excellent restaurants, as well as very close to a metro station. We loved it!

This is a charming property surrounded by one of the most walkable, safe, and enjoyable regions of Paris. I highly recommend staying at this lovely property. The hotelier provided tremendous personal service.

Small hotel that’s big on charm
The location couldn’t be better, right across the Seine from the Louvre. Walking distance to the major museums. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room is on the small side, but charming with brick walls and a separate room for toilet. The staff was great, friendly and solved a couple of minor problems quickly. Breakfast is extra, but worth it. We will certainly stay here again.
