A great deal for the price if it is available on your dates
Incredibly well equipped for a small space in what is a quiet building. The bed is a foldout futon which was as comfortable as one could be. The door lock is funky and you would need to be instructed on its use. You will need to buy a Metro card to get most places in Paris. The Metro station is an 11 minute walk away in what would be a reasonably safe neighbourhood or quartier. A great bistro is just feet away with superb food. Monoprix is the best supermarket within walking distance.

After all not bad. Most aspects were satisfying.Just two small negetive points to mention: first, there were some long hairs on the bed sheet(maybe a ladie's) and second the property did not provide any face soap and shampoos(shower gel) because many tourists come from europian countries and can not carry these things in the flight's cabin).

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone. First of all, the bed isn’t a bed. It’s a futon that is folded. The area is nice but the directions to get to the place were not very well explained. It was, by my uncles standard who live in Paris, too expensive for what was offered especially in September. My family when they went to Paris in June, paid the same amount for a bigger place. The bed was not clean. My gf found some hairs. The towels were dirty. Overall, not recommended at all.

Beau studio au calme et déco cosy
Studio très propre et chaleureux. Photos conformes. Nuit calme c est très appréciable et quartier vivant avec les théâtres juste à côté. Théâtre du Funambule et Théâtre des Béliers. Bus et métro très proche facile d accès au centre de Paris.

Me gusto la ubicación cercana a metro y supermercados y comercio,varios tipos de restaurant y cafés...está ubicado en un tercer piso y es silencioso.Se ve tal como es en la fotograía .Antonio fue muy amable al permitirnos entrar un poco antes de la hora .Volvería nuevamente

Petit appartement au calme!
Dans le 18 ème arrondissement, un petit appartement au calme avec un mobilier fonctionnel (plaque de cuisson, canapé lit, casserole, poêles, couverts, un petit bureau, des serviettes) Il n’y a pas par contre la Wifi mais pour ma part je n’en n’avais pas d’utilité par rapport à mon séjour. Parfait pour une ou deux personnes, je le recommande vivement.

Good place to stay for one or two people
The apartment is not very big, but Nice place and many connections to the city center and elsewhere. The pictures are accurate to what the apartment looks like. Happy about our stay!
