We opted for this hotel over an Airbnb, expecting the benefits of 24-hour front desk service, in-person check-in, and housekeeping. Unfortunately, none of these services were available. Upon arrival, we found that check-in was self-service via a code. While staff members were occasionally present, there was no housekeeping, and assistance with questions—like how to use appliances such as the microwave or stove—was hard to come by.
The absence of housekeeping led to some inconveniences. By the end of our four-night stay, the trash was overflowing, and we ran out of toilet paper.
On a positive note, the property was impeccably clean, the staff we did encounter were kind and friendly, and the location was excellent—safe and right next to the train station, making commuting very convenient.
While the cleanliness and location were commendable, the lack of consistent services fell short of the full hotel experience we were expecting.
