Staff were friendly, room was clean and location was excellent (lots of bars around Ménilmontant, and close to stations for exploring central Paris). Don’t expect the Ritz, but great value for the price.

Lovely friendly staff, room cleaned every day for you perfect for weekend in Paris only a 2 minute walk from the metro and surrounded by plenty of lovely restaurants

Value accommodation in a super location
A bargain hotel in an excellent location. No Air-con, but very close to Metro links and very hood cafes and restaurants. We were on the 5th floor, and there's no lift (or fire escape!) so its not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. But it was clean and had a kettle for tea at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Perfect!

It was so cold in the room. Tv didn’t work and central heating didn’t work. There is no fridge in the room And no elevator. My room was on 6 floor. The stuff was very nice . But I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel for 100$ per night .

No lift, 6 floors
Our family room was on the 6th floor with NO LIFT, friendly staff allowed the baby buggy to be left at reception. Family rooms have No Cots available. Location is good, 5 min walk to Metro, Lidl and other food shops nearby, also reasonable priced cafes and bars nearby. Room was clean and decent price, stair case a bit tired and lots of steps. Would stop here again if no small children.

Great location, very convenient as it is close to the metro and multiple grocers/restaurants. Only thing I would advise about is that there is no lift, other than that cute and quaint!

À éviter car l’hôtel préleve 2 fois la chambre
Il faut payer 2 fois le séjour pour pouvoir avoir la chambre (une pré autorisation puis la réservation). L’hôtel ne permet pas d’utiliser la pré autorisation pour payer l’hôtel donc obligé de débourser 2 fois la chambre. À éviter

J'ai été contacté pour me dire que l'hôtel était complet, le jour de mon arrivée à Paris . L'hôtel m'a envoyé dans un autre hôtel (le Pratic) . Mais l'hôtel La Pratic, n'est pas pas pratique ;-) ma chambre au 5iemme , sans ascenseur a été difficile à rejoindre...

agréable
personnel très agréable et sympathique. nous avons trouvé l'hôtel relativement calme, chambre et sanitaires propres. pas testé le petit déjeuner (uniquement sur réservation) il ne manque que la climatisation ou simplement un ventilateur.
