Fantastic location and excellent check in instructions

An enjoyable stay in an attractive area of Paris
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Access was easy and Bruno was always available by email or cell phone. We enjoyed staying in the 16th Arrondisement which is a residential area with a food market, supermarkets and of course a patisserie. This meant it was a relaxed and friendly area without crowds of tourists. (I was the only one with a camera.) It is a brief walk to la Muette Metro from which all areas of Paris are easily accessed. The Eiffel Tour is just across the Seine and visible from the 16th. The apartment is simply furnished with a comfortable three-seater lounge in the good size main room, as well as other chairs and a small dining table. The bedroom and kitchen are small but OK. The description of amenities may be confusing as there is not a stove but a two burner cook top and a shower not a spa whirl pool. (Probably a Google translate error) There is good heating for winter but we were there in hot July and so I suggest adding an electric fan for summer.

A real gem
The property was exactly as described by host Bruno. Very well presented and secure. Great WiFi. Bruno was out of town for our visit but made sure everything was running smoothly via message. Apartement is in a lovely area close to Metro line 9, a great boulangerie, restaurants and supermarket are within minutes by foot. 25 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Definitely recommend this property, and would stay again on our return to Paris.

We stayed 2 weeks at the property. Location is very good. The apartment is partially renovated. The bedroom is the only area that is disappointing. However all other areas are functional and comfortable. Bathroom is super small but it has everything you need.

Honeymoon in Paris

Quiet apartment close to the metro

Great location, 15 min walk to best view Eiffel Tower.
Very typical Paris flat. Very compact. Great for a couple. Very safe neighborhood and if you have a lot of luggage there’s a bonus, it’s on the ground floor! Fantastic shower and efficient kitchen area. We are a couple in our late 70’s and appreciated the host’s personal attention to resolve a minor concern we had. Over all we can recommend this apartment.

This is a nice small apartment, in far side of a courtyard and therefore quiet and peaceful at night. A lovely residential area with a food market nearby lovely shops and restaurants and good transport links. We would book again.

Communication with manager was very good. Location was great. Construction was on going which property host was unaware of. This caused a lot of noise during the week and construction shed caused the window of apartment to be dark. Otherwise we enjoyed the neighborhood a lot !

The apartment is small, but well equipped. Bruno communicated promptly. The neighborhood is very nice. One thing to note is that the shower floor is very slippery. There was no mat to remedy the slipperiness and I took a bad fall requiring us to call an ambulance, go to the ER and get stitches in my head. Bruno reimbursed us for the new towels we had to buy. The medical system is terrific.

Great stay in Paris in a perfect location
Where do I start, this place was great. With a short walk to train station. We took the train everywhere. Area was safe and very quiet. We didn’t know if other people live In the other apts.😂 it has everything you need to cook, clean or just relax. Only thing that took some time getting used to was there was no curtain in bedroom window. So I couldn’t help but wonder if someone was watching us. But other then this was a great place to stay. And I will stay again next time I come to Paris

Wow!! Such an amazing location and property to enjoy all Paris can offer! There is a Metro and RER station, multiple grocery stores including a farmers market, amazing restaurants and bakeries, laundry facilities, and everything you need to experience Parisian life ALL within 5 mins. The home is in a very safe area, decorated amazingly and kept very clean! Finally Bruno was such an awesome host, ensuring we had everything we needed, was very accommodating and very simple check-in and out procedures. This location provided a once in a lifetime experience that really made our Paris trip absolutely incredible!!!

This is a lovely part of Paris
This is a beautiful little apartment in a lovely area of Paris. The flat is very comfortable with a really good bed, which is always important to us. It doesn’t have a washing machine, but if this is important to you, there’s a laundry next door. It’s in an old French apartment block well away from the street, so it was quiet at night. In the Rue Bois de Vent you can find everything from little and big supermarkets, to cafés and restaurants. We were in Paris for four nights and went to three really good restaurants, all within east reach of the apartment, and one of those, Chez Tony, we went back to on our last night, we enjoyed it so much. We walked down to the Eiffel Tour at night (a must) as well as during the day. We also walked to Notre Dame and Sacré Cœur. The weather was perfect and as it was November the crowds were not enormous. On our last day we walked up Avenue Mozart towards The Arc de Triomphe. Although we used the metro get around, if we thought we could walk somewhere we preferred to and found it was a great way to get to know Paris. This is a gem of a place in a great area.

A restful stay in Passy
I’ve stayed at rental apartments before, some good and some not so good, so I read the description of Bruno’s property very carefully including the commentaries, before I decided to stay there for a week in November. I didn’t know the 16th district but I found it to be charming and a friendly neighborhood with very good transportation links and a good variety of shopping and dining options (The Grand Épicerie de Paris and Nespresso were literally next door.). While the apartment is on the ground floor, it is in a courtyard and very quiet and safe. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I lacked for nothing during my stay and found it particularly welcoming at the end of a long day. The wifi signal was strong and while the tv seemed to require subscriptions to view anything, I did not really intend to watch much any way. I didn’t meet Bruno but I would like to tell him how much I enjoyed my stay and would look forward to a return in the future.

We rented this property for 7 days in November. We had a great experience! Centrally located near multiple sites like the Eiffel tour, Seine River, great museums, and great restaurants, malls, and cafes. We were able to Uber or walk around fairly easy. Very safe security and good neighborhood.
