Refurbished, it is located on the 5th floor with elevator and comprises :
- two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds;
- a bathroom with a large bathtub ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and spinning balcony.

- southern exposure;
- large bay window in the living room;
- windows in all rooms.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television with Netflix, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, Krups Nescafé and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

There are also board games in the apartment (pétanque, Mölkky, card games, etc.).

The apartment is well appointed. It is located in the Olympic Village for the 2024 Olympic Games.

## Emplacement
Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine is a charming town in France's Île-de-France region. It's famous for its flea market, one of the largest in the world. You'll find an incredible variety of items, from antique furniture to vintage clothing. The town is also home to Saint-Ouen church, a magnificent example of Gothic architecture. Nature lovers can enjoy green spaces such as Parc des Docks and Parc des Batignolles. Thanks to its proximity to Paris, you can easily access the capital and discover its attractions while staying in a quieter atmosphere in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.
