Promises made but broken
The owner made promises regarding the property that were not available. (TV, sink not connected, coffee maker not functional, a WC only rather than a toilet-I'm old and squatting over a hole in the floor is not doable.) Great location and the availability of the elevator was a life-saver. Landlord just needs to get his stuff together and it would be great for someone. Just don't make promises you can't keep.

This listing is totally misrepresented! The "bathroom" is a toilet and shower,which are in separate.rooms, down the hall,SHARED by other people. The "toilet" is a hole in the floor with no paper available!! A total sham!!

Annonce mensongère
Chambre de bonne potable, salle de bain et TOILETTES sur le palier, A LA TURQUE et COMMUNES à plusieurs chambres, L’HORREUR ! Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, pas de lave-linge qui s’avère être le lavomatic de la rue de derrière, pas de fer à repasser et le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas (et malgré mes requêtes, personne n’est venu le réparer ou m’en apporter un nouveau). Voisins très bruyants et vu que toutes les portes sont blindées, quand elles sont claquées à 3h du matin sans vergogne, vous avez l’impression que l’on rentre dans votre chambre. Je ne vous recommande PAS DU TOUT ce logement, si ce n’est pour la localisation. À FUIR
