You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.
This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.
The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!
The apartment is ideally located nearby the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also located right next door.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a living room where you can meet comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining area has a dining table for 6 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

Great apartment!
The apartment was as described and very comfortable for 4 adults. Communication was excellent and we appreciated that the host was wiling to be flexible with our check-in process since our train was delayed coming in to Paris. The apartment does appear to be in a bit of a 'red-light district' but is very close to many amenities, the metro and was quite safe. Highly recommended!

The property was exactly as detailed, close to the centre of Paris, and the metro., clean and well provided for. The apartment is starting to show some age, particularly the flooring, starting to lift in the main hall way/kitchen area. The washer/drier is difficult to use, despite the owners providing instructions, and the ensuite off one of the bedrooms was smaller than expected. The team managing the reservation and co-ordinating our arrival to hand over the keys were brilliant, and very helpful.

Lovely property in the heart of the city
We loved our stay, the apartment was clean and spacious with high end finishes and many amenities. The hosts left us with wine and coffee which was a very nice touch! We were also able to check in earlier than expected which completely made our day after several hours of travel. The host texted us after our first day to see if we needed anything which was nice. There were clear instructions left for working the appliances, which is much appreciated. Also, the building was secure with several different codes to get into the apartment, along with the key. We felt safe in the neighborhood even in the evenings, and the apartment is very centrally located so we could walk everywhere, although it is close to two metro stations as well.
The only thing I would recommend if possible is for the debris to be cleaned off the roof tops. It was warm when we stayed and so we left the windows opened and there were a few spots where there was trash outside the windows. The apartment itself was perfectly tidy though!
Perfectly lovely stay in a nice central location, communicative hosts and lovely decor in a neat historic building.

Nice, quiet home base for a lovely Paris vacation
What a great find! The apartment is spacious and in a convenient location to the metro. It was quiet at night and quite comfortable. We spent every day out and about but really enjoyed our stay in the evenings. The rental group was communicative and friendly. We had a wonderful time!

Really nice stay for my family!
We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment looked just like the photos. Very nice, fresh, secure, and clean four our family.
Checking in and out was really easy and staff was very friendly. Access to the apartment is via a locked courtyard that you enter from the main street. Apartment door is located on the 2nd floor via a spiral staircase. We had plenty of room for our stay. The beds are a little firm (for us at least), so recommend a pillow topper be added ;-)
The location on Rue St. Denis is very convenient to the metro and walking distance to many sites. Yes, there are some adult shops on the street, but I only noticed 1-2 and they are no where near as prominent as the Montmartre/Moulin Rouge area strip for example (which can be embarrassing with children). There was one street lady who hangs out near the front door, but she never said a word or bothered us. She is older and has probably been there for a decade. We came in and out at all hours of the day, sometimes by taxi other times walking, and never felt like there was any safety issue. Just do what you should always do in a major city and pay attention to your surroundings. There are some stores/shops that appear closed/vacant (probably COVID-related), intermixed with various new/trendy restaurants, cafes, etc. There is also a convenient grocery store about 2 blocks away on the parallel street. On certain days/times, parts of Rue St. Denis were blocked off to traffic which was nice.
Kids loved it (13 and 16), we loved it, and hope to return!

Clean and comfortable
We had a very pleasant stay. The check-in process was easy and the apartment was very clean and very secure, with several keypad locks between the street and the apartment. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. It is close to a metro stop and it was easy to get taxis. There is no air conditioning and the apartment got very warm during the day (it was August, so not surprised by the heat). But there are fans for each room and they helped keep the place comfortable for sleeping. Overall we were quite pleased.
