Le Monarque - Appartement avec jardin

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Chaville, this charming apartment of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed, library and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom (shower).
- A separate toilet.

Outside :
- A garden of 150 m² exposed west with furniture (table, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Chaville, in a residential area bordering the woods. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Chaville is located 10 kilometers from Paris, 4 km from the Château de Versailles, 4 km from Boulogne Billancourt (Bois de Boulogne, Fondation Vuitton Museum, Landowski Museum, Paul Belmondo Museum, Parc des Princes...) and close to the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Park.

Come to discover and visit the city known as the city of light and love during your stay!

Chavile Stay
Great location for getting into Paris and Versailles by public transport. Quiet residential area and felt very at home there. Kitchen could do with a bit of TLC; no sink plug and missing finishers. But otherwise an enjoyable stay

Comfortable, well located apartment
We enjoyed our stay in this homely and comfortable apartment. It is well equipped and has a nicely maintained private garden. The location is quiet with friendly neighbours. Shops are a short walk away as is a metro station. We would recommend it as a nice place to stay, close to central Paris. Our only suggestion is that a clothes line or drying rack would be a useful addition to the washing machine.

The garden was really nice. The kitchen had everything you needed. Location is good. Our car was parked outside with no problems. 🙁 Didn't like the fact we couldn't use the WiFi and the password was not written correctly to understand. We sleept in the sitting room bed as that was more comfortable. Also as the bedroom had no curtains for privacy as night time. The deco is a bit back dated. Maybe they need to change it. The toilet was really snug not enough room. The chair in the living room need changing as not comfortable and broken."

Wonderful but needs attention
This will be a wonderful flat as soon as the owner completes her planned work and makes some additional room for guests. During my stay, two of the keys didn't work and I was locked out; also, the cupboard in the bedroom was full of sheets, towels, etc., so little room for my things. Access to Paris by RER was reliable most of the time, but two of six evenings there were delays of more than an hour.

Le Monarque "Der Gestank in der Wohnung hat den Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt. 🙂 Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür, gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Paris, der Garten 🙁 Extremer Gestank aus dem Badezimmer, der bis ins Schlafzimmer bzw. fast in die ganze Wohnung zog. Man konnte nur bei offenem Fenster schlafen - dann war es natürlich sehr laut durch die Bahnlinie hinterm Haus. Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Ankunft stand noch das Leergut der Vormieter in der Küche. Für die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer war die Bettwäsche nicht komplett."

Parken in der Straße ist kostenfrei. 🙁 Die Einrichtung war sehr alt, es hat auch entsprechend gerochen. Wir mussten im Anschluss auch ungetragene Kleidung waschen, da sich der Geruch in den Sachen festgesetzt hat. Das Badezimmer hat dauerhaft nach Abfluss gerochen."

Im gesamten Haus und der Wohnung riecht es muffig. Die Ausstattung der Küche, sofern man sich wirklich selbst verpflegen möchte, ist erbärmlich. Das ganze Equipment ist alt und vieles fehlt. Das ist an der falschen Stelle gespart. Die Besitzerin sollte ihre Wohnung mal wieder selbst besuchen und nicht alles anonym über die Agentur machen."

Le logement était grand et disposait du nécessaire mais, si les photos étaient assez flatteuses, l'intérieur était assez vieillot à l'exception de la salle de bain. 🙁 - La présence de la gare: impossible d'échapper au bruit du train qui s'arrête vers 22h et reprend vers 5h... - Le simple vitrage qui finit le plat vis à vis du train et de l'humidité - La procédure d'arrivée défaillante: on m'a demandé à quelle heure j'arrivais, il n'y avait personne. j'ia appelé le numéro de la propriétaire qui ne répondait pas puis l'intermédiaire, assez désagréable au téléphone, a propriétaire a rappelle et en fait il y a avait une boite à clés... 1h de perdu à attendre dehors pour rien -pas de gel douche à part une mini bouteille comme dans les hôtels quasi vide."

Sanitäranlagen modern, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll großbürgerlich bis modern. Gutes Bett, hochwertige Bettwäsche - alles sehr hochwertig! 🙁 Das Bad - getrennt von WC - stank penetrant aus dem Duschabfluss. Doch das Licht und damit die Lüftung über Nacht anlassen, duschen, überhaupt Wasser verbrauchen und damit den Abfluss „spülen“ hilft!!! Nach einem Tag war kein Gestank mehr zu spüren. Die Ankunft war etwas irritierend - kein Mensch da, Agentur war schon im Feierabend…etc. Doch wenn man weiß, dass es einen Schlüsselkasten innerhalb des Gartentors rechts unten gibt, den man mit Hilfe eines Codes (der einem am Ankunftstag zugeschickt wird) öffnen kann und ebenso weiß, dass das Apartment im EG linke Tür liegt😉ist alles kein Problem!"

L’appartement est très joli facile d’accès on se gare dans la rue c’est un quartier résidentiel très agréable le jardin fait de ce lieu Un petit havre de paix. Nous étions quatre nous avons vraiment apprécié ce petit jardin après une journée mouvementée à Paris cela détend réellement j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir
