Charming 40 m2 loft in an 18th-century building, facing a small and pleasant public garden. It is a non-smoking, bright and easily accessible apartment (ground floor) The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable and in excellent condition. It overlooks a flowery and quiet courtyard.
In the alcove (open and facing the living room) there is a double bed of 1.60 X 2.00 and in the living room a double bed couch.
There is electric heating and there are coffee makers, toaster, water heater, etc ...
Nearby are buses, subway, shops and restaurants of all kinds.
It is very easy to access from airports and train stations.

Solo in Paris
I wasn't expecting to spend eight nights alone in Paris- but I did, and this was a good place to stay. First, very secure. Also, terrific location- restaurants, Boulangerie/patisserie, laundromat (for drying clothes quickly), metro, taxi stand, Carrefour market, even a Starbucks (I hear the groans!) nearby. The apartment was livable, quiet, lots of decent amenities, etc, although it would have been helpful to have more information about how things operated (like the television, washer, shutters, etc). A few small garbage bags for trash would not have gone amiss. If more than one person is planning to stay, a few more pillows would be a good idea. Overall, I had a an excellent experience. Although the manager did not speak English, she was very pleasant, and contacted the owner right away when there were problems- like me blowing a circuit breaker the first night- easily remedied, but thank goodness for the flashlight app on my phone! I would stay here again-

Great location; Beautiful apartment.
The apartment was delightful. It is well cared for and beautifully designed. The location is great for anyone who is interested in enjoying a quiet neighborhood environment. Cafes, marchés and shops are conveniently nearby as are both he Metro and the bus lines. Viviane was always easy to reach when we had a question. I would recommend it without reservation.

Great Stay
The property was just as described. Very clean, great local neighborhood, with amazing food nearby. Short walk to an amazing park. Metro station was close by and convient.. Viviane was great at responding to all my questions. Waited to check in for about 30min but we did arrive later at night so it was a little more difficult. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend!

Dream trip
We long planned our trip to Paris to celebrate a big anniversary. After waiting 2 yrs due to the pandemic, we were excited to finally spend 2 weeks traveling about the city. We wanted a convenient location that would be our home base. Viviane’s apartment did not disappoint. It was clean, the building and neighborhood was very quiet, and we had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment is a few minute walk from markets and cafés, so it was convenient to grab a baguette or croissant, and fresh fruits, veggies, etc. The location is also super convenient to walk to most museums, parks, attractions of interest. We rarely needed to use public transport, but two metro stops are a couple of blocks away and there are multiple bus line options as well. Viviane was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend this location.

Latin quarter apartment - perfect for exploring
The apartment was the perfect spot to start each day w a croissant from nearby food-stand filled rue de Moffertard and then walk to many Parisian iconic sights. Management was responsive to any request. The space isn't large but large enough for 2 to serve as a comfortable home base. I look forward to my next stay!

It was a very nice stay. The unit is clean, well equipped, and well situated. The owner is helpful. It’s a block from the bus stop, 2 blocks from the metro, and really close to the stores and restaurants.

Pleasant neighborhood
Viviane is absolutely charming and very helpful. Her apartment is spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood is very pleasant, and being very close to the many restaurants on Rue Mouffetard gave us lots of good places to dine. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, the internet was not working the entire time we were in Viviane's apartment, which was a major inconvenience. The shower requires a good level of agility to get into, which may be a problem for some. It has plenty of hot water for one American to shower, but not enough for a second.

Great Latin Quarter Hide-away
This was a better location than I had figured. Very quiet neighborhood across from a lovely park usually filled with kids. Off-street apt. was sunny with lots of windows, but very secure; Serviceable kitchen with everything we needed. The bedroom, separated from the living room by cool logs, was very small, but workable. Comfy, large living room made the difference from a tiny hotel room. A block from an excellent bakery (a must) and five minute walk to a bus and metro stop. Very near the Rue Muffetard market. We loved this little spot which suited our needs. The only downsides were a lack on English from the sweet woman who greeted us, but we made it work. Occasional noise from wood floor above quieted pretty much at night. Good communication with our host. We'd stay there again.

Charming, secure Parisian delight.
Care was taken in furnishing this lovely flat. Met by Nathalie, a delightful housekeeper for the flat, at a security door and shown through a courtyard to a main floor apartment. Nathalie showed us how things worked and lives in the next block if needed. An impressively strong door bolt system and shuttered windows with iron bars, along with the coded complex entryway lent a secure feeling. Spaciousness is a premium in Paris, so we appreciated room enough for two to spread out in a large, pleasantly furnished sitting room with large shuttered windows overlooking the courtyard. A modern bathroom, galley kitchen, and queen size bedroom area functioned well and were thoughtfully equipped. A slight challenge was the limited floor space around the bed, but quickly we adapted and enjoyed the patina of wide-planked wood flooring throughout the bedroom, hall and sitting room. A row of rough hewn posts create separation between bedroom area and sitting room. A television and fireplace are available but were not used. We enjoyed nearby patisseries, cafes, creperies, a small local outdoor market, and grocery store. Across the road is a small, fenced city park. Well-located near the center of town, to be sure, yet peaceful, clean, and comfortable. About two blocks from a metro station, but close enough to easily walk to many sought-out sights. Excellent weather allowed walking nearly everywhere (our favorite exercise) to enjoy views and people. About a 20 minute walk north along Mange to St. Germaine St., a few more minutes to the Seine River, Notre Dame and St. Chappelle. Or the metro is available. We recommend this accommodation and would stay there again ourselves. Thank you, Viviane and Nathalie.

Fantastic location. Charming ground floor apartment in a hidden courtyard. Flexible and helpful when return flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night. Loved proximity to Rue Mouffetard and the wider Latin Quarter. If you like to walk, the Seine, Ile St. Louis, and other destinations are easily reached on foot. Friendly local cafes and bistros. A very good option.

We had a very pleasant stay in this small but charming apartment. The location was perfect. The amenities, though not overwhelming, were sufficient for our needs (2 of us). In the small kitchen, there was a kettle, coffee maker and toaster, which we used for our breakfast needs (more cups and glasses would have been nice, though). The rest of our meals we ate out. The bed was very comfortable (but be aware, American travelers, if you are used to a top sheet as well as duvet, there is not one. It was too warm for the duvet but cool enough to need some covering.) It was noisy at night, but settled down well enough to sleep.There were plentiful markets nearby and a wonderful restaurant just a few doors down (Le Refuge du Passé), as well as many local cafes, restaurants and bistros. A lovely park across the street was open the last day of our stay, and would have been a nice place to sit with morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening had it not been under repair. The apartment had plenty of comfortable seating and was mostly well-lit. Unfortunately, being on the ground floor, we could not leave the shutters open for night-time ventilation, but opened them when we were there for light and air. The bathroom had a nice shower and there were nice bath linens, and the closets were spacious and equipped. The owner was very accommodating; she answered all queries in a timely manner, let us check in early and leave our luggage for a late check-out. I would recommend this apartment for its location and charm.

Wonderful hideaway close to everything
Our family had a great week-long stay at this Latin Quarter apartment. I was a little anxious about renting a place in another country, but Viviane was extremely easy to communicate with and everything went very smoothly. The photos are totally accurate and all of the amenities were working as advertised. The location was even better than expected - close to two metro stops, bakeries, cafes, bus lines, a taxi stand, and even a Starbucks. But the actual street it's on is mellow and it's nice to have the little green park across the street with children playing in it. In the morning it was possible to go jogging through the botanical garden, then along the Seine and then down to Notre Dame. Also, the place stayed cool during the day and the neighbors were friendly even though we were short-timers. We were glad we stayed here rather than a hotel - much more private, easy to make small meals and we felt like real citizens. Would definitely book again.

This small studio apartment was just what we needed during our stay in Paris: great location, comfortable, affordable, and the owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. Not fancy, but highly recommend for all that it is! Booking was effortless.
