Large Studio in 'Le Marais' - Close to Everything!

Location, location! Paris at door steps!
This apartment, is much more spacious than the average studio in Paris: 400 square foot. A whole family up to four guests wouldn't feel tight.
Unlike some other areas in Paris, you won't have to run more than few meters to buy your groceries or find interesting shops and a wide range of restaurants.

3 metro stations and 5 metro lines close 5 minutes from front door.
The apartment is located on the first floor (one floor up from street level).
3 large windows on a courtyard , no street noise!
In the separate kitchen: everything you need including a washer/drying for your clothes.
The studio is fitted with a queen size bed in a alcove and a convertible sofa. All linens and towels are supplied also an ironboard and a hairdryer.
There is a cable television, a portable radio/CD player,

Very nice hostess
Pros: Great location, hostess super nice. Cons: This is a historical district so building is kind of old with thin walls. It is quiet 5 out of 7 nights, the other two nights, upstairs had party till 3 AM and 6 AM. And also no elevator but manageable.

The property was a great place for our trip to Paris. The owner is very nice and helpful. It was close to public transportation and had great restaurants and shops near by. We would definitely use it again!

Family Trip to Paris
Wonderful! Claude was most responsive and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment had everything needed for our small family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). I thought we would use the kitchen more, but not needed with all of the bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and small markets all in walkable distance. Closest station has 3 lines.

Great place for a couple in the heart of Paris
My partner and I stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed our trip. The apartment is spacious and in a good location, near several different metro lines. We would stay again.

The landlord did her very best to get an adequate air conditioner installed. It was much needed & appreciated. The floors throughout were far from clean. You should see my sox! The bathroom pipes along the floor were filthy. The area did not feel safe as there were many homeless around. Only 1 towel was provided per person. It couldn't be washed & dried in time for another shower. I don't we will ever use VRBO again.

The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It is at walking distance from many tourist attractions and are metro stations very near. The host is very responsive. The only thing we did not like so much is that the apartment is in a very old building on a second floor and there is no elevator (important to consider if you have large luggage like we did)

I was very satisfied with this apartment and very pleased with the location. It was clean and the owner Claude was a wonderful host and always available to assist first time travelers to Paris. It was reasonably priced as well.

An apartment with location!
This apartment was absolutely wonderful for a small family to explore all the places Paris has to see. Super easy walking access to the rail system. The perks of the apartment were it’s ease of access to so much! The only complaint was the sofa bed as it wasn’t great for ailing backs. The host was absolutely charming and helpful.

Great little place for our Paris visit
The property was a good size for our family of 3. It was a great jumping off point to travel all around Paris with 3 metro stations nearby and a couple nearby bus stops. Plenty of nearby options for markets and food, and right next to the Arts and Science museum which I highly recommend. Claude was extremely helpful with information about the place and the neighborhood and responsive when we chatted.

Fabulous stay and host!
This place was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to Europe. Claude, the host, is very sweet and helpful with any questions. The apartment is very charming and spacious for 2 people! The washing machine and air conditioning were VERY much appreciated and needed during our 6 day stay! If we ever come back to France we would stay here again! Thank you!

Lovely apartment
We enjoyed our stay at the Large Studio in "Le Marais" a great position to explore the area and the studio was very comfortable especially having an airconditioner. Claude was very helpful giving us information re facilities and restaurants .

Nice place...
When we arrived, Claude was there to greet us. She speaks English very well. The room had everything we needed. It was quite and easy to find. We would stay here again.

Cute Parisian Apartment
Good sized studio with just about everything you might need and a super sweet host. We had some hot days while in Paris and got to take advantage of the air conditioner. It also came in handy when people were smoking in the courtyard and we had to close the windows due to my daughter's asthma. Overall, it was a nice stay.
