Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 30 m² studio for rent in Crécy-la-Chapelle, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a small 10 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and double bed (140×190)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

The studio is ideally located in Crécy-la-Chapelle, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Parrot World park 10 minutes away by car
- Disneyland Paris is a 10-minute drive away
