Location was great; close to Lafayette Galleries, Montmarte and Louvre. Slight improvements would make this an excellent hotel; air conditioning, shower install in tub and fresh fruit for breakfast.

Hotel is well situated and staff friendly and helpful Rooms clean and adequate Stairs difficult to manage and lift stops between floors so you still need to use stairs to get to your room

Great older, charming property! Room was standard and clean. Loved the window and balcony overlooking the park across the street. Minus one star for the bed, I found it very uncomfortable. Room 12 was my home for a week. I looked out onto the park and enjoyed the leafy view and the sounds of happy children playing in the afternoons. I loved opening the window in the morning too to take in the sounds of Paris waking up. Location is close to the arcades and laneways which are so interesting. My bathroom was relatively modern and hot water was fabulous!

It was a good place for a couple of nights, service changes are good price and pretty close to Montmartre. The bistro, bar beside the hotel is great for morning and late night eats.

The reception staff was very nice (apart from one), especially Anush (sp?). This place was outdated, had carpet stains, knicked baseboards, etc. but the worst part was the noise! Seemed like the garbage men worked around the clock. Was horrible.

Good location, close to restaurants, bars and bakeries and metro stations. Very old building but so is most of Paris. Hotel is super basic but seemed clean. Relatively good value for 1 or 2 nights, wouldnt stay here any longer or in middle of summer as no AC

Nice hotel. My room overlooked the park. Great value for a room with a view in Paris. Walkable from Gare du Nord and close to public transport. Helpful, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Loved my two-week stay at the Hotel Williams Opera!!! Anna the concierge was incredibly helpful and pleasant, the hotel was close to the Metro, and was also easily walkable to most of the Paris points of interest. I felt like a Parisian staying here!!
