The staff was very helpful. We stored our bags there when we first arrived. Our room was not ready. The staff help us with transportation questions to navigate the City. Then when we checking out we were discussing lockers at train station. They told us they would store our bags and we could come back. The only negative thing is the staff smoked right outside door. We are just use to not having cigarette smoke right as you walk in building. So my only suggestion have them step away a little. The breakfast was very nice. We had stayed 10 years ago and it had improved a lot. Very clean breakfast area.

Really good quality/price. Smallish but clean and comfortable room. Relatively quiet, well located 5mn walk from the tube. Nice and helpful staff.

lovely staff, close to metro
It was inexpensive and close to the metro. The room was pretty small, just a double bed next to a twin, but it worked for us. The staff was incredibly nice to us. Would recommend if all you need to do is sleep. If you are large in stature it’s probably not going to work, or at least the room we had.

I would not rate this property as a 3 star hotel - it seems like a 2 star. Even for Paris, the room was very small and mattress was bad, sink and shower were not draining properly!! Helpfulness of the staff was very hit or miss. It's also in a not-so-great neighborhood, and I've found better value elsewhere!
