The hotel was under construction. Was given 2 single beds together even after paying for a ‘queen bed’ The breakfast was extremely limited to cold meat and bread (apart from the last day they had some watery egg and bacon) For the cost of this hotel I expected a whole lot better. I personally would not visit again.

The property itself is not clean. We found someone else’s hairball in our room. They didn’t clean it when we asked to or help us in booking a dinner reservation which they said they would and then we had to follow up with no help. The breakfast, they also use their hands with no gloves to cut fruit. It is not clealy. The hotel is going through a remodel and is in really terrible shape. I wouldn’t rate this place two stars and they claim to be four. You should look elsewhere and don’t look back

We loved the hotel and staff. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Jasmina. She went above and beyond in helping us. The location is perfect. Cafes, bakeries and store walkable as well as the big sights. And the area was very safe. Would stay here again when we return.

Quiet once moved from a room on the road to one at the back of the property. Staff lovely and helpful. I would query whether they may have a bed bug problem, although we didn’t strip the bed to look for these, my husband has allergies and got bitten quite a few times on our visit.

The staff attempted to accommodate us with the twin beds we’d booked through Expedia, unfortunately to no avail. Not their fault but the room we had was great for a one night stay. Lovely lobby and entrance.

The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a duplex suite for my boyfriends birthday which was very nice. The only complaint is that the stairs in the suite are so so loud, they need carpet on them especially when the suite next door drag 4 suitcases down the stairs in the early hours of the morning, we thought someone was breaking in. Also very loud when other suites were walking up and down the wooden stairs.

Excellent hotel, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff was great, especially Raphael, we loved talking to him at breakfast. Everyone there was professional and did a great job. I read recommendations about the breakfast, they are not wrong, it's great.

One guy in front desk made a huge deal why I did not mentioned my kids ( 5 and 3 years old) on my booking and refused to give me any extra pillows and blankets. Another thing I want to mention it . I found some ants on the floor .
