The staff was very professional and friendly. They offered to book a taxi for the airport, if we were not going to take public transportation. It was a very comfortable setting with 24/7 front desk coverage.

The hotel is older but looks newly renovated in the last several years. Rooms are decent, but each one is different. The first room we got was ok ... lock did not work and the shower setup caused water to get on the bathroom floor. We were given a different room (just across from our 1st room) the next night, and it everything was better. Cleanliness was great, staff was friendly and location was good for us (we walked to Notre Dame, metro station was 200 meters away, restaurants withing walking distance).

Mold. Lots of mold in the room. Terrible! I had to be stuck in the moldy room for a week as booked. NEVER RECOMMEND ANY! NEVER COME BACK.

The staff was friendly, however the hotel definitely needs to be cleaned. Housekeeping never gave us new bedding, they just re-made the bed using the old sheets during our 5 night stay. Hotel is not at all like the pictures.

Lovely gem near Metro and Le Marais! Staff very helpful and very clean property. Plenty of bistros within walking distance. Lift available for luggage on upper floor rooms. Cant wait to stay again!

It was good value for a hotel in this area (Marais) which can’t be beaten for easy access and walking to museums, art galleries, tourist attractions, lovely areas, and great restaurants. Our hotel room was a bit tired but we loved the area!

It was a great deal and provided clean and reliable accomodations for Paris and was reasonably close to Notre Dame. We really only slept in the room so it was perfect for us but is small than our usualy hotels would be. Great bang for buck! They even had a bottle of complimentary wine 🍷.
