My trip in Paris
I like the location of the hotel. The staffs are really friendly and professional. My room were very maintained and well looked after. What I did not like, it’s that the shower compartment were very small. I found it very difficult to use the shower

Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it. Beds were clean and comfortable, my family was able to rest well. There was no mini fridge, but they did offer a light breakfast in the morning. This property is in a very conveniently location right next door to the Gare du Nord station, allowing for easy movement around the city.

Good stay, lots of stairs.
Very close to the Nord train station. I was booked on the top floor and it was a bit of a struggle to climb all of the winding stairs with my luggage but I def got my workout in. There is no lift and the hotel room was good with a private bathroom. The good thing about the higher floor was for sure the balcony at the top with a great view.

Ok Paris is expensive, the hotels. Booked this one and it met our needs. One, close to Gare Du Nord and from there you can go anywhere and take the train from airport and walk there. Hotel does not have an elevator, but the front desk staff are terrific and took our bags to the first floor room. thank you as we are up in age. The morning breakfast was good - although spartan. The room attendant was excellent. Internet worked okay. The only thing I would add is adding BBC or Sky TV to television line up as I missed English speaking TV.

The room was as shown in the pictures. We had a balcony that I didn't know was an option. Unfortunately it is on the corner and we were advised to not go out after dark and to not go down the one side of the building due to the thugs that were hanging around out there and were known to pick pocket. They advised that we were better to go walking during the day or if we were going t go out to not go down that one side of the building. So we just enjoyed the view from the balcony. The front desk was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. They carried our stuff upstairs and downstairs for us. Breakfast was great. They even held our luggage while we walked around the next day before we left to go to our next destination. They even told us about the BOLT app that was cheaper to use then Uber. He made sure that when they showed up that it was the right one since it was a busy area. Within walking distance to the Eurostar terminal. Very clean and nice and quiet at night. Would definitely stay at again.

Wir waren zu zweit für ein Wochenende in Paris und haben eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Bahnhofs bekommen. Insofern war die Lage wirklich top, keine 5 min zum Gare de l‘Est/du Nord. Da wir lediglich zum Übernachten hier waren, ist es also vollkommen in Ordnung gewesen. Das Frühstück ist typisch französisch spartanisch (Organgensaft, ein Stück Baguette, Croissant, Marmelade ggf. noch etwas Cornflakes und Co., dazu grüner/schwarzer Tee und Kaffee). Die Zimmer waren mit Bett, kleinem Tisch, Schrank und Stühlen ausgestattet. Das Bad war leider sehr kalt, da es keine Heizung gab, die Dusche haben wir nicht getestet. Insgesamt ist es vom Gebäude hellhörig, also ggf Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, wenn man da empfindlich ist. Das Personal war aber in wechselnder Belegschaft durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und interessiert. Gepäck konnte ohne Probleme auch nach dem Auschecken bis zur Abreise dort gelagert werden.

Nous n'avons pas eu notre chambre familiale, car il y avait apparemment une fuite d'eau, donc on nous a donné 2 chambres dbles côte à côte. Malheureusement, nos chambres avaient été données par erreur à une autre famille qui était arrivée juste avant nous ! Mais le personnel a été très gentil et accommodant, et après un petit temps d'attente, nous avons pû accéder à nos chambres. Il nous ont même fait cadeau de la taxe de séjour ! Petit déjeuner très apprécié. Le lieu est juste à côté de la gare, donc parfait pour accéder à là où on veut aller. Le seul gros point noir était les environs, avec des personnes qui ne nous

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht! Das Zimmer für die Sterne des Hotels absolut gut! Vor dem Hotel war es nachts manchmal sehr laut, bis spät in die Nacht. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber schön angerichtet und frisches Baguette.Meinem Sohn hat ein Croissant zum Frühstück gefehlt. Trotzdem für den Preis/Lage/Leistung völlig in Ordnung!

Hôtel à l'ancienne, peu d'espace et sans ascenseur. Salle de petit déjeuner minuscule. Petit déjeuner gratuit mais minimaliste et de mauvaise qualité (autant le faire payer pour une meilleure qualité..). Personnel agréable et bienveillant. Trés décu d'avoir emmener ma famille dans cet hôtel. C'etait le moins cher mais je comprends pourquoi et encore, le prix est bien trop élevé par rapport à la prestation. Je déconseille fortement..
