Well situated in terms of location - close to Notre Dame and the Seine - but hotel room was small and dank and dirty. Shower was broken, bathroom was gross. Never again. Pictures on website are absolutely photo shopped.

Good location. Mold+maintenance severely lacking
Came for the Olympics. It was HOT. No air con which is somewhat common in Paris so that wasn’t unexpected. The tiny balcony was so cute. Loved it!!! The location of the hotel was amazing as well. The shower was horrible!!! Mold and rust everywhere. Broken tile too. We wanted to watch the Olympics at night after touring. The guest room tv had no remote and couldn’t get one from the front desk. The tv in the main suite wouldn’t get any local channel that showed the games. Someone came to fix it 2x. Just pressed some buttons and threw up their hands saying it’ll work, just wait. After day 6, my husband thought to swap cables from the second bedroom that couldn’t be used anyway. That worked! So we had 1.5 days of Olympics. Ridiculous that they didnt think to check the cable. On the last day, they brought the faulty cable we gave them and put it on the second tv! Seriously??? Paid way too much for what we got.

The hotel needs a refresh, had some ants in our room on one of the days, not sure how they got up to floor 5. I found the area really good with some nice bars and restaurants reasonably priced near by. Stops for line 10 of the metro are very close which is handy if going to Roland Garros.

Unfortunately this property is very expensive for what it is. 350 euros per night ($524 CAD) for a triple room, which means one double bed and a single, right next to each other. The bathroom is so small a person could not get undressed in there, which is very challenging for a self conscious teenager toying with her parents. Shower stall tiny, no products in the bathroom, elevator old and rickety, tiny and hot, no air conditioning in the rooms and a fan that barely works with no convenient place to plug in. Poor experience and too expensive. Staff very friendly though. That was nice.

No AC but nice staff
The people were great. We had a room with twins. Pretty sure this hotel says they have AC but that consists of just a fan in the room. Problem was we were on the top Floor and heat rises and 85F days outside make that somewhat unbearable. Wouldn’t do that in the summer again.

Convenient Hotel
The Hotel is in a great location - very close to the Cluny Museum and within walking distance of all the major sites. Although the room, and especially the bathroom, were tiny, everything was comfortable. If I had any complaint, it was that the elevator was unreliable. We took the stairs a lot.
