Fully equipped new 2BR 2BA one BR/BA individual entrance

This fully equipped 2 bedroom /2 bathroom whose full renovation was completed in May 2016 is very centrally located on a little quiet street called rue pecquay in the middle of le Marais. you are 2 blocks away from the Pompidou center which is a major modern art museum. there is a vast selection of metro stations in the neighborhood including the main les Halles/Chatelet metro hub.
The apartment consists of a one-bedroom with living room with a comfortable queen size sofa bed, bedroom with king-size bed ( 180*200 cm or 72*80 inches), large closet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/drier, traditional and microwave oven, full-size fridge and freezer and shower room and an adjacent small studio with twin beds which can easily be transformed into a queen-size bed and a shower room. there is a coat rack and a shelf in the studio but no closet. the one-bedroom and the studio have their own individual entrances closed to each other see pictures but do not communicate directly. the studio and the one-bedroom lock with a different key.
Please be aware that the one-bedroom and the studio do not rent separately and are a walk-up on the first floor ( second American). there are only this one bedroom and this studio on the first floor of the building. they can provide privacy for two couples or adult children with their parents due to the independent entrance. they open on the rue pecquay street with three windows which are each equipped with blinds and shutters.

The apartment comes with free WI-FI, and international cable channels.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers high-quality linens and towels.

Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century-old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries, and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 200pm.

Amazing Location In The heart of the City !
Absolutely amazing experience, the absolute best location, France public transport is efficient and easy to use , i was hesitant being Australian and using a car for every thing in Australia, but it was great.We are a family of 5 and made it work within the space we had , the insulation was phenomenal in winter, and had no ussues in drying our clothes. I would.moat definitely book this place again . It also wasnt loud and crazy ,it was perfect.

Position is great for visitors wanting to explore on foot. Lots of dining options within 100m. Good security, and good communication with Olivier (host). Washing machine was helpful, along with good kitchen. Great heating, but only pedestal fans for cooling. Would visit again.

The location was absolutely perfect. Place was as described and perfect for our fashion week trip.

Oliver's apartment was fantastic. Our son could use the additional apartment, and we had lots of space. The location in Paris is my favorite. We loved having a washer/dryer, which is rare, I hear. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment is perfect for a short stay in Paris. Wonderfully located with everything you need at your fingertips and most Paris highlights within walking distance. Metro stations and bus stops on the doorstep make everything so accessible. Very obliging host who is easy to communicate with. The apartment is well equipped.

The apartment was in a great location surrounded by shops & restaurants in a charming neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable & I was so thankful they had a fan in every room due to the summer heat! I was pleased that the separate room had its own toilet & small shower. The separate room was so small that I had to open my luggage up on the bed. I’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment was great. It was in a fantastic location with easy access all over Paris. Our host Olivier was the best. He was always available and gave of great tips on how to get around. Even gave us an app to bring a taxi no matter where you were in the city. I highly recommend this location if you are going to Paris.

Lovely stay in Le Marais
Apartment has a fantastic location on a street with artisan food shops etc and we walked to all the sights and museums. Apartment worked well for us as a family of 4 with 2 teens and was well equipped. Olivier also enabled us to leave our luggage earlier than the check in time which was much appreciated after a long international flight and met us on arrival to explain how everything worked. Would recommend to others.

our host escorted us to the vrbo safely when the strike was on in Paris. He was most accomodating and very attentive. I would work with him again as a host. We were unable to stay the entire time and he refunded a portion of our money.

Lovely home and neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay at Olivier’s apartment. He was always responsive to all emails prior to our arrival and we enjoyed meeting Salvadore when we arrived. He was very courteous and showed us around the apartment. The neighborhood is phenomenal and an easy walk to cafes and sightseeing. Since we didn’t use public transportation at all other than Uber I can’t comment on that. I would definitely recommend his apartment to all future travelers to Paris. Thanks, Olivier.
