Well appointed apartment, in great location
Rooftop terrace was outstanding; watched the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur light up every night. Good location, near metro, and steps away from Passages de Panoramas. Well appointed, comfortable beds. Worked well for two couples.

Location, location, location!!!
The location and views for this property cannot be beat! The rooftop view of Eiffel and Sacré Coeur is spectacular! Proximity to passages, Galleria, Louve, and numerous restaurants and bars is a real plus! Owner is very responsive to your needs. Upstairs room and bathroom was so nice for our adult son. We appreciate Pascal and his hospitality!

We stayed here with six adults and there was plenty of room. The view from the rooftop deck was better than in the in the pictures. We had an amazing time.

Property is in the Vivienne neighborhood next to the Opera hall. Close to main streets with lots of dining options and super markets. Easy to use public transport as metro line is one block away from the apartment.

Spacious, top location and great views
We had a brilliant stay. The property is spacious (we stayed with 4 adults and 2 children), a great lively neighbourhood, close to metro, the louvre by foot, and the most incredible views of the eiffel tower and sacre couer from the rooftop - the photos don't do it justice. Thanks very much!

Best location for visiting paris
The apt is right in the center of paris( second district). It has two terraces on the roof top and we could see tour Eiffel . The check in instructions are so clear and easy to follow . The apt is so clean and has everything you need, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, laundry machine…. We all love it and will come back again. It is so close to subway station , super market monoprix. The direction to the apt by subway is so clear too. Pascal, the owner, responded to you very quickly and helpful. Nothing negative you can say about this apt. Anne

Lovely apartment
Loved location and ability to fit people of various ages in apartment. Lovely top floor apartment. Elevator available though still need to walk up one flight of stairs.

Ideal lodging!
A wonderful and convenient location, comfortable and well-described rooms and areas, great a/c, a big plus to have the two full bathrooms, and overall just perfect! We had two couples in the two bedrooms, another person upstairs on the comfortable double futon, and a child slept on the sofa (which expands). And, of course, the rooftop was amazing, at all hours!

Paris Family Vacay
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you.

Splendido soggiorno, bellissimo appartamento e massima disponibilità del proprietario. Zona ben servita e a soli 10 min a piedi dal Louvre. Location perfetta per muoversi a piedi/ bus/ metro/ bateaux. Non ultimo la vera chicca dell' appartamento sono i due terrazzi che rendono l esperienza parigina indimenticabile! Grazie Pascal

Un posto da favola
L'appartamento, ristrutturato da pochissimo, è realizzato ed arredato con molto gusto, curato nei particolari e dotato di tutti i confort e gli accessori - anche di livello. ECCEZIONALE il patio sui tetti di Parigi con vista Torre Eiffel e Sacro Cuore, dotato di tavolo, sdraie, ombrellone e barbecue (!!). Ottima la pulizia, la biancheria e la dotazione di casa. Estremamente cordiale, disponibile ed attento il sig. Pascal. Una menzione a parte per la posizione centralissima che consente di arrivare a piedi in 10 minuti dal Louvre, in 15 al Sacro Cuore, in 5 all'Operà e comunque è servita da due diverse linee di metro a due minuti. Nella zona sono poi anche presenti moltissimi locali e bistrot (caratteristici quelli nei "passages") per poter mangiare a piacimento. Unico appunto, ma è poca cosa, manca l'aria condizionata che, specie nella stanza (con divano letto) ricavata sul tetto, nei giorni caldi si fa sentire non essendo sufficienti i ventilatori di cui vi è ampia dotazione. Gran bel posto da tenere in considerazione per un soggiorno veramente confortevole e logisticamente comodo.
