ℹ️ HOUSE RULES
We welcome you to our home and entrust you with the care of the furniture, the cleanliness of the premises and the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
Please respect these rules and leave the premises in the same condition as you found it.
By reserving, the tenant undertake to respect the house rules.
In case of breakage, damage or loss, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement.
✅ The tenant will need to complete an online check-in form prior to arrival. (A copy of the ID is required)
⚠️ In order to book the accommodation, the main tenant must be at least 25 years and has to be present throughout the entire rental period.
⚠️ Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed, the maximum capacity of the accommodation must be respected.
🚭 Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation/balcony and in the common areas, a fee of 250 EUR will be charged on your security deposit in case of tobacco smell or other.
🚫 It is forbidden to organise parties/events in the accommodation for your own account and/or that of a third party, a penalty of 500 EUR will be withheld from your security deposit.
🚫 It is forbidden to make any noise that might disturb the neighbourhood between 10pm and 8am.
🚫 Pets are not allowed.
❗️Please note that a penalty fee of 500 EUR may be charged from your security deposit in case of lack of cleanliness, in particular if the accommodation is not left in proper condition at departure: trash must be taken out and deposited in the household waste bins, the refrigerator must be emptied, the dishes must be washed and put away, appliances must be returned clean. Damaged, Missing, or Stained linens or towels will be charged.
⚠️ Please respect the check-out time unless otherwise agreed to prior, if this rule is not respected a penalty of 100 EUR might be applied on your security deposit.
⚠️ Please note, that if you take out a Netflix subscription during your stay, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit.
