Great location in Paris. It was a bit noisy since there is a rugby bar across the street and it was during the Rugby World Cup, but that did not really bother us.
The bedroom furniture and the kitchen were new and just fine. The rest of the apartment was a bit tired with a few problems such as a shower door that was off of it's track and could not be easily fixed.
The Wifi was terrible. It is a cellular hotspot. After having to get the correct password from the management company because the info sheet in the apartment was out of date, we got it to work briefly, but it was never very fast. Then it worked intermittently. We read some instructions about resetting it and that seemed to help, but after that, not even the power would come on on the hot spot device, and it stopped working altogether.
The management company was very responsive and always got back to us quickly.
This is a three-level apartment located in a courtyard, so not directly on the street. Kitchen, full bath and living room on the ground floor. Master bedroom with no bathroom on the 2nd floor (1st floor if you are using the European method). 2 smaller bedroom and a half bath on the third floor.
We were there in September and it was unseasonable hot. No AC, of course, so we slept with the windows open. I thought that was normal in Paris, but there were a good number of mosquitos - which I did not think is normal.
But all in all it was a good deal for the 5 of us and we were happy.
