Good value
Don’t take a heavy suitcase because the elevator stops between floors. I like it there because it is so close to the trains which go right into Paris with easy access to the metro system. Nice restaurant right next door. Most staff know English. Prices are much better when booked on-line than I’m person. Good value. J

I had a pleasant stay, the only issue I faced was that the reception staff was not versed with English, hence I had a tough time getting directions from them for Hotel to Gare Du Nord connectivity.

The elevator doesn't stop on your floor
Adequate (not great) in all aspects (considering the price) except if you have a heavy suitcase and need to use the internet. I was on the 5th floor but the elevator doesn't stop at the 5th floor. If you push the 5th floor button you get out 1/2 way between the 4th and 5th floors. You either have to walk up or down. I was there 2 days - the internet was working 1/2 of the time. The staff didn't seem to care. The curtains did not provide privacy. The bathroom and bed were adequate (considering the price). I think that the location was likely the most convenient aspect. 8 additional euros for breakfast - don't do it. No croissants, no protien (eggs or eggs). Good if you like bread and butter.

Hotel in Paris
I was lost for a couple of hours in Paris. No body knew where the hotel was and I do mean NOBODY. No body at the hotel could speak any English. The hotel was very clean and smoke free. The internet did not work at all. It was very close to a train station, about 1 minute walk. It was great having the train that close to the hotel. After finding the hotel, it was a great place to stay.

Tout d’abord, le réceptionniste qui nous accueille les jambes croisées sur la table comme ci de rien était, et qui parle de manière agressif. Pas top tout ça ! Maintenant au niveau de la chambre, on reçoit des ptites piqûres de bêtes mais on ne sait pas si c’est des moustiques ou si c’est des puces de lit, et très mal insonorisé !!! bref beaucoup de chose à revoir dans cette hôtel

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Check in und Check Out gingen problemlos und die Rezeption ist dauerhaft besetzt. Das Hotel ist 50 Meter von einer s Bahn Station entfernt und liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil. Die Arena La Défense ist von der Station in 8 Minuten Fahrtzeit und 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Einziger Mangel für mich dass, das Frühstück nur süßes beinhaltet also keine Wurst oder Käse

Nous avons été hebergés dans une chambre au rez de chaussée située à coté de l'office du petit dejeuner et de la salle à manger;des tables pour le petit dejeuner se trouvent a 1.5 m derriere la porte de la chambre. Beaucoup de bruits dés 7h00 le matin.Dormir aprés 7h00 est impossible. Salle de bain sans pare douche , le receveur d'eau de la douche à l'italienne n'est pas fonctionnel il faut eponger apres chaque douche pour que l'eau n'aille pas dans la chambre: attention, rique de chute.

En déplacement pour le travail, j'ai apprécié la proximité de la gare et de restaurants très abordables. L'accueil est excellent, l'hôtel très propre, le déjeuner tout à fait convenable (les viennoiseries sont excellentes). La connexion internet n'est pas top mais gratuite. Le prix, pas mieux dans le secteur. Le seul problème est le bruit, pas tellement de la rue mais surtout des voisins (manque d'isolation phonique). Donc si vous savez dormir avec des boules quies, pas de problème. Sinon...

l'appréciation est à rapporter au prix de la chambre. Pour le prix donc, qui est modéré, on ne peut rien reprocher. Mention spéciale aussi au restaurant associé à l'hôtel (littéralement la porte à côté) qui propose des plats faits maison, frais, pour un prix lui aussi étudié (en l'occurrence, 12€ pour un poulet fermier avec ratatouille fraîche).

Hôtel vieillot, chambres à refaire (peinture écaillée au plafond, moquette tachée, odeur de toilette et d’humidité désagréable dans la chambre. Isolation sonore très mauvaise. J’ai eu la chance exceptionnelle d’avoir des voisins de chambre qui ont discuté jusqu’à 4h du matin. Nuit horrible. Au final, la seule personne agréable de cette établissement, c’était une femme de ménage.
