host never showed!
had zero communication from the host, arrived and couldn't get in. got charged £40+ for an international call phoning vrbo and nearly two hours on hold with customer services waiting for them to book us a hotel and accommodation- and they never provided us with a new accommodation and still haven't given us the refund as the second place was more expensive. when we finally left to head to our hotel at about ten pm my nineteen year old brother got his phone stolen near the metro. wouldn't stay in this area or in this flat, the listing should be taken down luckily one of the people in the building was kind enough to invite us into his flat to charge my phone, use the toilet and sit down and offered us water. but i don't fancy heading back there any time soon!

L’hôte a annulé la réservation sans avis
Après plusieurs tentatives de rejoindre notre hôte, elle nous a dit qu’elle avait annulé notre séjour, le jour de notre arrivée. Sur le site de VRBO, il était quand même indiqué que nous avions une réservation. Quel cauchemar!!!
