Spacious second floor apartment is located in secure post-civil war building. 875 sq. feet includes one bedroom with sitting area, comfy king-sized bed with 600 thread count sheets, flat screen tv, separate living room/office area with queen size hide-a-bed couch, flat screen tv, dvd and good wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Original hardwood floors, wide moldings, original decorative fireplaces and lots of windows make for a place that feels light and bright and just like home. Central heating and air. Washer and dryer. Just out the front door there are restaurants, antique shops, and tours of the horse farms nearby.

Really nice apartment!
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The town is very quiet and quaint, with enough good places to eat for a great weekend stay. We spent most of our days in Lexington for business, but really enjoyed coming back to the quiet of this little town in the evenings. And the horse farms surrounding it are absolutely beautiful.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at 705 Main Street. We visit Paris, KY each year and will certainly use this property again, if its available. It was a great location, very clean and well furnished.

We had a great time in Paris and neighboring area. This location and venue were a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and charming. If you are in Paris, KY we recommend. Be sure to make it to the Farmer's Market on Saturday just around the corner and to Lil's for quiche or Tomato Pie

Wonderful in the heart of Paris
Beautiful large apartment, tastefully furnished, very clean, lots of towels, anything you could need , great shower, smart TV, across the street from a great coffee shop, parking on the street, beautiful old building but steep staircase...we are over 75 and it was OK for us.

Very Lovely
We had family come in for a graduation party and they stayed in this studio apartment. It was absolutely lovely and very well appointed. There are coffee shops in the area and a nice arboretum a couple of blocks away for the 4 legged family members. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice Downtown Space
This was a very cool downtown space. There were some great places within walking distance like coffee and breakfast right across the street and a pizza place on the same block. Would highly recommend.

With an infant, we needed a little more space and a kitchen than a standard hotel room could provide. This was a much better value and the perfect rental for our stay! Great place to stay
My stay in this wonderful apt in Paris Kentucky was amazing. The apt is stocked with every amenity a person could need and want. I stayed two weeks. The apt is large but remained cozy. The owner Ron was easy to reach by text or phone when I had questions. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my family that lives in Georgetown and Cynthiana Kentucky.
