The living space features a fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, oven and countertop), a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with toilet.

The apartment (26m²) is located on the outskirts of Paris, close to the beautiful Bois de Vincennes and well-served by bus lines 106 and 114 and the RER A, Joinville Le-Pont station. Very safe with plenty of shops nearby.

The Parc du Tremblay is right in front of the building, and the Bois de Vincennes is a 10-minute bike ride away, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
