Good stay overall. Breakfast, was not included but decent for the money. Super convenient location next to the 13 train line. Friendly staff and tight but convenient parking available.

We stayed here while touring Paris. It was on the Metro and was very easy to get to it also worked for us to easily get to the sights we wanted to. The hotel is walking distance to some good restaurants too. Breakfast is good and offers nice choices. The breakfast staff were very friendly and nice. We had no issues in the area and felt safe coming and going. The rooms are extremely small though which is a pain for dealing with your luggage. There wasn't a safe in the room either. The front desk staff are not overly friendly and seem like you are bothering them when you check in. If you are looking for a basic hotel that you are just sleeping in and not spending extra time at then I recommend this one.
