Communication & Check-in were very difficult
While the owners give what appears to be very detailed information about how to get into the property, they don’t actually explain to you how the codes work. We were in the street for quite some time, trying to figure it out. I could not call, because my cell phone wasn’t working for some reason. All I could do was message and email. We never heard from them. After quite some time we finally deciphered the code input got in. During our trip, we stayed in three different cities, all in rented apartments. In both of the other cities, someone with the group met us and let us in, and showed us around the apartment. This whole problem would’ve been solved if they had done that. There were also some other issues during the day, including an electrical outage one night just in the apartment. Again, they did not respond. We had to go to a neighbor who had a better understanding of the electrical boxes in the building. We think the cause was using the dishwasher in the washing machine at the same time. If they had simply told us not to use two appliances at the same time in advance, we never would’ve had the problem. They are getting two stars really just because of the communication. The apartment was nice, and as advertised and the beds were comfortable. The only commenI would make is that they really do not have a fully stocked kitchen. They were not enough cooking utensils and pots. We chose the apartment because we planned to cook every day and only eat out one time per day.
