No me gustó el hotel, es muy viejo y no tiene mantenimiento, las luces de la habitación no funcionaban a ratos, las puertas no abrían porque todo el tiempo se bloqueaban las tarjetas y tocaba bajar a desbloquearlas, el elevador muy viejo, me quedé encerrada con mi familia por casi una hora, no dejan ni una votella de agua en la habitación ni tampoco se puede comprar, dan de a una y si uno la pide, los baños muy viejos y los lavamanos deteriorados, las cajas de seguridad dañadas, las almohadas no son cómodas, muy calientes las habitaciones y el aire acondicionado estaba dañado. Lo único bueno de ese hotel es la ubicación que es excelente, a unos pasos del arco del triunfo, por lo demás. No volveré ya qué es una hotel demasiado viejo.

This is located at a central place. Arc De Triumph is less than 5 mnts. Champs Élysées is a 10-12 mnts and Eiffel Tower is at 15 mnts walk. It was extremely easy to walk at night to catch sparkling lights of Eiffel Tower. Rooms were small but the location is premium which makes up for the room size.

I found this hotel after reading Expedia reviews. For its location, it’s a prime spot. It is very convenient, to shops and metro. But the hotel has a 4 star rating plate in the reception area. I have to say is delusional. All the amenities are old, broken and outdated. The room where we stayed, the faucet in the toilet sink is leaking water. It will splash at you when you turn it on. We informed the hotel front desk, but the issue wasn’t solved. And the sink is discolored and eroded. The coffee mugs have stains. There were ants walking around the bathroom tiles as well. It truly feels like motel instead of any star hotels. If you are looking for just location, it’s very convenient.

Charming and cozy hotel very close to the Arc de Triomphe. Wonderful location for shopping the Champs-Elysees, many varied restaurants and convenient access to public transportation. The staff are friendly, helpful and bilingual. Get a room with a balcony or a view of the Eiffel Tower. Wonderful as is presently and it seems it will undergo a renovation shortly. Can’t wait to see it!

Shoutout to the front desk staff. All of them were so friendly and helpful during our stay. We loved the location of this property. Our fourth floor balcony view of the New Years Eve firework show at the Arc couldn't be better. This building is older and comes with all the usual old building quirks but we found it comfortable and clean. People sensitive to sound like myself will need to bring earplugs or use a white noise app on your phone at night to be comfy. There are many places to eat nearby and several of the metro lines are just around the corner so it is easy to get wherever you'd like.

Great location, nice staff but the room…Mold in the bathroom, old furniture, min you can get in a room! Blanket you don’t even want to touch it! Elevator not working! 4 th floor! Avoid room 402 otherwise you will hear the guest next door to snore all night! Enjoy

This hotel is for a quick fly by. The hotel is practically falling apart. It is clean though but, scary old. You feel like you ca. Get stuck in the elevator at any time. The beds are Twins which can be joined or separated and that’s it. So be ready to fall through in between. This is the type of hotel you stay in when you have a layover in the city.
